Check out lines get very long, over half way to the back of the store, and the manager was pricing items instead of opening another register. The two people on the register were busting their butts and I wish they had better management support.

I like the Ross store. They always have good deals and nice stylish clothes. Ross has everything snacks, candies, spices, clothes for pregnant, clothes and shoes women, men and kids, electronics, make-up, kitchen and garden supplies.
I really like that Ross has a nice fashion close for a little price. It's much better than boring Walmart clothes.

The lines are always out the door and the store is a mess. It’s a shame a huge corporation like this doesn’t respect their business or employees enough to make sure they are fully staffed.
I am really impressed with how the employees here handle theirselves considering how busy and understaffed they are. They are always friendly and fast and they are trying their hardest to make sure everyone has a great experience. Which is more than I can say for the owner/higher ups of this location.
The employees are the only reason it’s worth coming here. The owner/higher ups should clock in and take notes from them.

Y’all can complain about the lines all you want but it’s not a stockers responsibility to come check you out that’s not the position they applied for they have cashiers and a cashier position for a reason it’s not their fault if they can’t hire more or have more than 2 on the clock it seems y’all are just a little entitled

Chile this place was a mess. The lines were longer than my 40 inch wig. The store was disheveled, and the staff seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than checking out customers. Excuse me for interrupting to spend my money.

One cashier open the line is always ridiculous, especially on the weekends . There is too many people in this store to have this poor lady be the only one to cash out all these people. Been standing in this line for 27 minutes

One cashier on a Sunday afternoon. The line was so so long. Took an hour to check out. I'm surprised the cashier did not just quit.

It's the worst I've been too, I never seen such a messy store, product under the racks damage, Employee with their phone texting, a long line with only 2 register open and slow employee, and I saw a lady stealing putting bra's in her big purse and yet Employee's on their phone, DONT RECOMMEND
