This is my favorite Arby's in the area. The service is always awesome. Everybody is always friendly and my roast beef is always sliced thin like I like it. Perfect every time!!!

Great experience there today. Service was friendly and fast. Food was fresh and great. Tried the new smokehouse burger. It was great. The meat looked as if it was made by hand and thrown on a grill in someone’s backyard not the thin frozen patties most fast food joint use. Again the young guy at the window was hands down one of the nicest people. He was courteous and informative about our order.

Why apply for a fast food restaurant position if you don’t care to serve? Would you eat this? Why do you ALL get an attitude with your customers as if we are mind readers about your ordering process. How would you react if you are treated the way you treat your customers?

I pray a mystery shopper from Arby’s Leadership visits this location and feel what I felt tonight. The food is not even edible. The bread is harder than the hearts of the people who served it to me. I’m very disappointed! SMH

Service was quick and the people on the front were polite. The gyros and curly fries were great but the new hamburger they have been advertising wasn't as good as they were claiming.

Food was great. Hot and fast. Worker wasn't really listening. Name entirely wrong, like nowhere near. Trash all over the floor, tables all dirty and sticky.

I went in to pick up an order for the lunch bunch and they had everything timed perfectly and was bagging it up as I walked in. Very friendly and helpful employees. They even carried everything to my car for me. Restrooms were very clean and tidy.

Without a doubt the number one Arby's in Alabaster. Food is always hot, and I have never encountered this location running out of it's main sell point, roast beef, like the other Arby's in Alabaster. I asked for additional sauces, and the worker was provided with a smile.

Tried the new bourbon bbq sliders (one chicken and one rib), both were hot fresh and delicious. Staff was super friendly during my visit and the restaurant was very clean and organized.
