They took their prices up like everywhere else...I think that's why I'm so upset about the whole $20 bag of cold stale food. I got a burger, nuggets, and fries to play my odds thinking at least one or two items would be good.... nope. Seems like leftovers from the lunch rush. Fries taste like saltless cardboard. You see no salt on my desk from the fries. Like I'm so sad and disappointed right now. This was my cheat day. ????????????

We ordered curbside and they had no intention to bring it out, I went inside to find out what the hold up was bc there was no one in the drive through and our load was too tall to go through the drive thru. I go in wasn’t even spoken to asked about it the girl behind the counter nodded to the other employee letting her know our order was sitting on the counter, was given cups all to get a sprite that had nothing but straight carbonated water, and a coke that was straight flat. Poor service for sure. Not to mention our order was incorrect all the way around.

Now I understand why this store is rated so incredibly low. Stopped in this afternoon (3pm on a Wednesday). Stood at the front register for several minutes, not acknowledged. Finally an employee, or manager, i really couldn't tell, trudged over. Looking at me with no smile, I spoke to her first to begin my to go order. A Filet- o- Fish combo...."I ain't got no fish today" was the reply. What? Who's doing your ordering there. And who's training your customer facing staff?
Gotta tell you, I'm rooting for the robots in situations like this.

I guess I can’t fault the restaurant directly, but McD’s corporate needs to get their app ordering experience together. Not giving the restaurants a way to turn off ordering ice cream or whatever isn’t available is annoying. Especially when you pay and the last thing the restaurant wants to do is refund money because of the policies and how payments are handled when going through the app…it doesn’t leave a good customer experience.

Overall, I appreciate the managers willingness to solve the issue. She was very nice about it, even if trying her best to avoid a refund situation.

Food was hot and properly cooked. Much better than some of my visits to another location closer to my house.

Our food was cold inside, frozen would be more accurate. Also the iced coffee tasted like it had tea in it instead of coffee. There were no napkins and they did not give us a receipt. I don’t recommend this location.

Ordered two meals and was told to pull up and wait. I waited about 20 minutes and saw numerous cars receive their order and multiple cars received large bags of food.

I went inside and they did not have my order ready. I explained to the manager I had been waiting for 20 minutes and she got my order completed in 3 minutes. She then stated I’m sorry you had to wait 40 minutes.
I corrected her and told her it was 20 minutes and she rolled her eyes and got an attitude.
Terrible management.

Two consecutive times, over a week apart, I've pulled into this drive through and nobody has been there to take orders. Once on a Wednesday night at like 8, and again, today, Friday at lunch time.

Nothing. Just silence for 5 minutes until I give up and leave. Completely wasted my time.

If your window is closed That's FINE, but put up a sign or some cones and SAY it's closed so people don't sit there waiting while nobody shows up.

Extremely rude staff, incorrect order, cold old nuggets and fries. Plus whom ever the staff member was that was taking orders a day working the window need education on how to be better in the service industry. She told my husband he was causing at her when he went back to request a remake on his fish sandwich and a new fry because he ordered a large fish meal. She proctor them him She rung up a medium. He pulled away not wanting to deal with type of awful service. This store has nothing but bad reviews. Mcdonalds really needs to do something about this awful staff. It's very sad. I am going to continue to contact corporate as I was our meal replaced and corrected for termination to happen with this very rude woman in the drive through. That told my husband if he isn't getting out to fight then he needs to go on. What trash.
