Stopped in here for lunch, and the food was delicious and the service was prompt. I got the Redrock grilled shrimp on rice and wings as an appetizer. Everything was delicious!

Fantastic food and fantastic service. Our server, Chloe, was excellent.

UPDATE 3/15/23: Food and service continues to be excellent after several repeat visits. I'll go as far to say that this is my number one favorite restaurant in the entire Birmingham area. I realize it's a chain, but the simple fact is that their food is hands down delicious, and their service is fantastic. They're 22 oz Longhorn Steak is a great choice if you're famished. For a slightly smaller, more reasonably sized steak, their New York Strip is excellent as well.

Food was ok not great. Asked for medium well steak & it was well done (maybe because it was very thin) but still had good flavor. Baked potatoes were done to perfection. Salads were nice & crisp. Ribs fell off the bone & had good flavor. Waiter Dion? was excellent, checked on us frequently & was fast & curious.

The early check in deal is a joke. We called after lunch to try and reserve a table for 8 for a birthday party. They don't take reservations so we asked them to put us on the list for 5:00. We got the link to click on when we arrived. That's all the time it saved us. The time it took to park and walk inside. A minute or two. We came in to check and they said we weren't on the list. I asked how long the wait was and they said 40 minutes or so. I said ok. We went outside to sit and wait. The hostess came out and said she found us on the list. It was in my first name and not my last name. She said we were on the list and checked in. We still Sat out there for 40 minutes with a 1 year old before we got seated. Just tell folks the truth that it's strictly first come first serve. Calling ahead or clicking the phone link does nothing till you actually get there. Other than that it was great.

I fell in Love with the steak ????. It was seasoned just right and juicy as ever... No A-1 sauce needed. I also enjoyed the shrimp appetizer.

Nicely decorated restaurant. Delicious lobster and steak and asparagus was cooked the best I ever ate. Dinner and appetizer was ready extra fast. We didn't have to wait for dinner to get ready at all. You should try super delicious appetizer White cheddar stuffed mushrooms. And also waiter brings you tasty fresh their own baked bread with butter.
Update (11/16/21): I was today in Longhorn Steakhouse, food is still delicious, waiters super nice. I got the same dinner because I just loved it last time. Steak, lobster, mashed potatoes and asparagus was yummy. ???? My husband said that Margarita was good.

First off, if you want your steak medium, order it medium well…even if it kills you. I promise they cook it down. I love a medium cooked, and that’s not in their vocab. Secondly, their Brussel sprouts are heaven. I have put in a double order, I $h@t you not. Their service is not great, and I understand that they are short handed. Most food establishments are. I don’t mind waiting for things, but I want them to be done correctly. I don’t want to have to flag someone down because I’m thirsty. This is not an inexpensive meal. Far more than I’d like, we’ve had incorrect orders and empty glasses for most of our meal. If you can’t accommodate customers, don’t seat them.

I really used to love going to this place before my wife passed away. But I've been there one time since and it's always a nice delicious food. And nice people waiting on you
