I ordered the green goddess cob salad with chicken. The chicken tasted like it was soaked in water. Not very good flavor, the red onions were wet too, but the romane was nice and crunchy. the restaurant was dirty.

My Greek bowel was good along with the bread but the flat bread was different than other locations. Staff was friendly and fast but the dinning room was dirty with overflowing trash and tray return area.

The big and bold buffalo chicken sandwich is not big and bold. It’s blah, missing something. The size is enough for two people But they didn’t cut it in half . The delivery driver (Tracy) was awesome got here a lot quicker than I expected. Panera this sandwich isn’t your best. I don’t recommend it.
Gave it a 3 because the driver was great and there isn’t a option to give 5 stars for that.

Update: So, I cut it up into 4 pieces and I realize there’s more meat than bread on this sandwich. Plus it’s blah. I’m so disappointed.

I hate to complain, but honestly the worst Panera I have seen. Girlfriend was feeling sick so I wanted to get her some broccoli soup to lift her spirits. Called 30 minutes before closing to try and get them to do a pickup. They never answered. When I got there there was one person on line and four employees trying to clean up. Should just close at 8 and not try and lie they are open until 9.

If you order doordash from here just know they keep the food behind the counter and the employees do their best to ignore your driver. Also the tip stealing if you place the order from the restaurant website

15 minutes waiting to order two people ahead of us 1/2 sandwich and cold soup took another 15 minutes both got the same 43.00 i will go elsewhere next time not worth the price at all and chicken was out of a box 1.00 special like from mcdonalds

The staff here were extremely friendly. I came in mid-morning and had coffee and water while I worked. At lunch time, I order the pick 2 cup of soup and half sandwich with an oatmeal raisin cookies and drink. The food was delicious and the environment made it easy to work while enjoying my morning coffee. If I am ever in this area again, I will definitely return.

An absolute disappointment, start to finish. At one time we were regulars here, but stopped because of issues with this location. We hadn't been in at least a year, decided to give it another try. Walked in and stood up front several minutes, no one greeted us or spoke. We placed our order, went to get our drinks. I immediately noticed how filthy it was around the dish/tray return and drink area. We sat down and waited for the pager to go off (to pick our food up). We could see it in the window, but after several minutes the pager still hadn't gone off. My partner finally went up and asked the young lady about it. She said "Oh sorry. We're just super busy". Ummm...that's your job. And yes, I get it. I've been in food service 30 years myself.

My tomato soup was great as always. My partner got a sandwich that appeared to have the tiniest sliver of cheese, and mostly greens. Needless to say, we will never return to this location.
