This location has really friendly workers… but really bad food. I’ve given this location so many tries since it’s the nearest one to me and I usually love Taco Bell, but the food is always cold. Don’t bother ordering delights unless it’s early in the morning because they’ll just give you what tastes like the morning leftovers. The only thing that’s good here are the freezes… which makes sense since they specialize in cold items.

For starters, if you’re wearing gloves while preparing food and touch on your clothing then your face, you should remove your gloves before you continue to prep the food. Disgusting. Also, when did you guys stop cutting the quesadillas? I watched 4 customers walk out the lobby due to nobody coming to ask if they would like to order because you are too worried about your drive through times. If the lobby is going to be open you should have a front desk cashier. Two stars just cause the one blonde girl was the only one who was kind enough to ask anybody if they needed anything
Last thing, if it’s 18 degrees outside cut the heat on. Couldn’t even bare to sit in the lobby even with a jacket on.

Horrible! Gave me a cold soft shell when I wanted a hard shell and idk why they are wearing gloves! Didn’t ask me for sauce and had to go back and get some. I didn’t want to be confrontational because I had to get back to Montgomery after coming from Huntsville. Please do better!

Update: Unfortunately, I won’t be able to receive the free taco but I appreciate you all for reaching out and trying to make up for it!

We went through the drive thru. We got everything we asked for. Food was sloppy overall, and one of the tacos was supposed to have no sour cream but still had some smeared on the side. However, it tasted decent and the service was reasonably quick.

Overall, I will definitely come back, but when I do, it won't be the highlight of my day.

I went through drive through due to inside being closed. Ordered two Nacho Bell Grandes extra meat, cheese, and sour cream per usual. $14.80 and don’t mind paying. However,there was less ingredients than a regular one! I called Alabaster location to inform them of this and the male that answered the phone hung up on me when he discovered it was a complaint. Called back immediately multiple times and no one would answer!! WOW REALLY!!!!!

Avoid this location. Dining room closed, drive thru wait times are terrible, and my order was wrong. I had to get lunch somewhere else since mine was so wrong I couldn’t eat it.

twice now I have ordered from this location for pick up nether time did they get mine or my co workers food right. I have had to split the order with co workers so they get to eat something. But otherwise, they do not have any since of pride in their food I will not be ordering from this location ever again. Thanks for the troubles.

Who ever this manager that worked tonight he needs to be fired he’s customer service skills are not good at all manager like him will ruin a business this managers are super sorry and never need to talk to customer and he hung up on me when I complained about the customer service tried to call back several times they took the phone off the hook ????????u200d♀️
