Super rude lady that works at Oaken keg at night.
She seen me walking into the store so she burnt out her newly lit cig just to go into the store and do this. Anyways she asked if I had been drinking and I hadn't and I told her that, then as if she was searching for any reason she asked how much I've smoked tonight and I don't smoke and I told her that. Still she preceded to say "she didn't feel comfortable selling to me" and left it at that, I was denied my bottle for no good reason. & it's not the first time she's done that to me.
I've looked at the reviews on here and there are multiple customers saying this woman did that to them too.

Nice little store, although they could use more carts. Went in today and there weren't any, so I didn't get as much as I had planned on getting. EDIT: I have been in a few times since my original review. I must have come in on an off day which happens in retail. I have had zero issues finding carts since then. Your staff is friendly and that's appreciated.

Variety was good. Wasn't the best upkept store. Also, only one register open and did not have any bags for items purchased, so I had to carry my items home in my arms for several blocks.

Decent selection which had most everything I was looking for (out of town and mainly needed a few treats to get back to our hotel). I walked over and felt like the neighborhood might be in transition which was confirmed by the roving security guard in the store. Regardless, staff were friendly.

The store is very clean and organized. Carrs was out of box matches for many weeks. Jacob is a COVID 19 spreader. He constantly coughs into his clothes. He does not wear a mask. He should not be working as a checker. This is unsanitary and unprofessional. He does NOT use a hand sanitizer.
Constantly harassed by homeless native Alaskans in the parking lot.
The negatives far outweigh the positives.
Go somewhere else for a better shopping experience. No security guards in the parking lot. Bring pepper spray and continue to beep your horn. Shopping carts are constantly being stolen. Had a long shopping list but could not find a cart. Went to another business. Avoid this business like the plague!

Horribly bad customer service. Refused to take items I didn't want off my order and forced me to pay for things I did not want them proceeded to yell at me finally yelling "get out" I've never in my entire life been treated so unprofessional and I've lived all over the country. You really need to stop this I'm not the only one who has had bad experiences BTW

I enjoy shopping here. They have good bread and deli selections. I wish the store was a little bit bigger since I feel like they're lacking on some products and it gets way crowded dowl the isles. Their produce selection is way better than fred's!

Good store. Pretty good location. Pretty good selection of products. Pretty good friendly staff. Helpful and courteous. Great deli. Near busline.
