The food tasted, smelled, and looked good when I ate it, but something didn't agree with me and gave me the serious runs the next day.
Place could use some cleaning.
My companions said it had never taken this long for them to get their food, so I guess it wasn't speedy service.
The guys that work there are handsome!

Stopped here for lunch on a Saturday and basically had the place to ourselves. The staff provided a welcome, casual atmosphere. The loco moco was exactly what I needed after only having a banana for breakfast.

First time eating here, and to say the least, it completely changed my life. Had no idea how fantastic and flavorful the food here was. I'm sad I've missed out for so long and am just not finding out about this place. This is 100% a new regular spot for me. The food could not possibly have been better tasting or better quality, and the staff were wonderful, and service was fantastic. Felt like family even though it was my first time. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

This is a true gem! It’s a must eat In Anchorage! Owner/server is super sweet guy from Hawaii, so you bet, it’s authentic. We tried the sampler, dumplings and poke and it was more then enough for my family of 5. The sampler came with delicious sauces, rice and macaroni salad (first time I tried it). Huge portion!
But the real treat was the wrap. It is so creamy, nice flavor, I highly recommend.

The customer service here is amazing. Nothing but smiling faces, attentive servers, and good vibes! Food Is amazing and you get more than you pay for! Portions are huge!! My family and I are very happy to eat here everytime we do :)

The food is incredible, the music is great and the staff is amazing. The food portions are 10/10 and I recommend checking it out for great Polynesian food.

This place’s looks were deceiving and we were hesitant. But the food was absolutely incredible and the staff was so friendly they made us feel at home. The rice was my favorite white rice i’ve ever had. I don’t usually like macaroni salad but there’s was fantastic. And the grilled pulehu chicken was really good too. Cooked to perfection. Also got a lot of food for cheap, and that was just the mini size of an entree. Not to mention how the staff accommodated our very large party really well and was very nice to us. They gave the kids in our parties some gifts like a free drink and candy which was really nice. We asked about the shirts and they didn’t have any available but gave us a complimentary water bottle. They were just all around friendly. Can’t recommend this place enough. Just might not wanna be caught hanging around this neighborhood for extended periods of time after dark.

I had dinner here with my 2 kids. It was open seating and we could seat ourselves anywhere. There was a sign that said, "No mask no service". I don't think it was being enforced because the server wasn't wearing one. We wore masks and took them off when we got our drinks. There was only 1 employee working in the front and one person cooking in the back. Only 2 people running everything.

We had spam musubi and fried wonton for our appetizers. It didn't take very to get our food. The musubi was good but ratio of rice to spam was not great. It had too much rice and spam was thin. The fried wonton was crispy and delicious but the filling was tiny....about the size of a gumball. There was a soy-wasabi dip that came with it.

We ordered combos for our main course. I got a regular size (chicken & beef) and one daughter got a small combo (pork &beef), and the other ordered a grilled cheese sandwich & fries.

Overall, the food was pretty good. The servings are huge. Even the small plate had a lot of food on it. The beef was not that hot when it came out. The flavors were good. We would go back there.
