What a horrible shopping experience! Safeway’s customer service has gone downhill! Poor Customer Service. Safeway doesn’t seem to care about his customers anymore and yet they keep raising their food prices. They’re probably one of the most expensive grocery stores out there. I won’t be shopping there anytime soon. I’ve been a customer since 1973 and I am 10. Not to be back anytime soon I don’t work for that store. Why should I have to do check out when you have a grocery cart full of items it’s nearly impossible to do self checkout there isn’t the room to put your groceries while you’re scanning your items , it’s a horrible experience. My recommendation is to find a better grocery store.

The store front manager Krystal Rubio is extremely rude and shouldn’t be in management displaying the behavior she does towards customers. If the price of an item is not scanning correctly why is it the customer’s responsibility to go and check? My item didn’t ring up right and she said well you can go check it while there was a line. And went and checked it and then told her the barcode isn’t scanning and she said “Oh well that’s all I can do is give you what the price says on the app.” Instead of checking it herself. Also if a product has a manufacturer coupon your store should honor it. Whoever is putting items out is removing coupons that are placed on the item. In particular the Origin water. I purchased two and only one of them out of 6 available had a coupon and she also didn’t want to honor that.

I just had the worst experience at the Starbucks with the male employee with long hair. He was extremely unprofessional and straight out rude. He called out my drink and I didn't hear what he was saying. So I clarified before I just picked up the drink. He then yelled at me "is that not what you ordered? The toasted? Thats what i just said." Then continued to be rude to all the following customer's. On top of it, I was with my 2 young children who even noticed the less than professional interaction. Will not be coming back.

Now that it is the same as Albertsons, prices are not competitive. Plus, they never have enough lanes open and want you to self scan your check out. Higher prices and less service are not the best combinations to retain customer loyalty.

Poor service at the register. When you show up at the register with a full cart at 8pm they said all the registers were closed and we had to use self checkout. Seriously? But we go to use it, otherwise we would have left a full cart of groceries. After scanning several items they realized we were not the only people trying to checkout and opened two registers. Not exactly great customer service…never have this issue at Fry’s.

I bought an 8 piece baked chicken today from the deli. I got half mango and half regular baked. I tried to eat it but the chicken breast was so large it like turkey breast. It was the worst chicken I had ever eaten. I love SsfewAy but will never order any more.

The lady who works the gas station box by Whataburger need a raise/promotion. My mom and I absolutely love her she is so nice and personable.

I really don't like all the apps and special catagories of membership in order to get the best available price. I'm old and no longer able to cope with the technology required to shop. How about this... once you are 70 you automatically get the best price. No muss, no fuss, no app.
