I took my truck in for an oil change 3/16/23 and I was told it couldn’t be done because they didn’t have the filter or the tool to remove the filter cover. So 3/17/23 I visit a difference Walmart and they informed me they can’t change my oil because a zip tie is holding up my front scrape plate. The Avondale location was the last place to touch the underside of my vehicle if I could give them a negative rating they would definitely get it.

In a week I have been profiled as a thief three times by two different employees because I wore a hat inside the store and one time as I was walking out the door with my purchased items. I was followed around in the store while shopping by employees because I wore a hat, these employees literally stood next to me acting like they were looking around. The employees look more like thieves than the customers. It’s ridiculously hot in AZ and I’m marked as a thief because of a hat?! Then when paying there are NO cashiers available, you have to use self check out. I understand people steal but if I’m doing my part and PAYING which is all being RECORDED they should NOT ask for the receipt when you leave the store. When they know of people stealing they won’t do anything so why waste my time, if I actually paid. Walmart spent billions on cameras, I have a receipt as proof I paid. The employees at the entrance are not police and should NOT be there at all. Remove the greeter & pay cashiers instead.

It's weird to me that they have security entrance /exit gates and police inside watching the doors. I wonder what prompted that!

The store layout is a little different than my local store and I really couldn't find what I was looking for. I got really annoyed when I tried to check the app, but it kept giving me the isle for my local store. I spent about 15 minutes trying to mess with the app to get it to show me the location for the store I was actually in, then eventually just gave up. I couldn't find any staff anywhere on the sales floor. I spent about an hour in total in the store and, although I did find most of what I came in for, I just couldn't locate the spot for the last few things. I got frustrated and left with only what I could find. I wish I could've found a person to ask.

If I could give this a store 0 stars I would. This store has cancelled 3 store pick ups recently. One cause they had “operation issues” but no context. And another was a store outage yet when I called the store was open. Make that make sense. I will never order another grocery order from this store again. Oh and best part., they tell you order is ready and on the way you get a text saying cancelled. Amazing job guys

Cool Superbowl displays. Your go to for Football drinks and snacks. Also has Beautiful flower assortments in produce area. Always get flowers for my mom here.

Clean facility. I am able to find most of the time what I am looking for. There is not enough staff, which makes for long waits to check out. However, they are still helpful and polite. Thank you!

I witnessed a woman in self check out walk out with a free topped off bascket full of groceries, I mean she had atleast 200.00 in food and i watched as she bagged every piece without scaning not one item while the lafy in check out is having a comfy convo with another customer and as we where walking out I informed the man at the door suposably checking reciepts and all he said to her is have a nice day, I mean WoW didnt ask for a reciept nothing.
