I feel bad for those who work here. The store is a straight up mess. The customer service though is awesome. Whoever owns this place should be classified as a slumlord. This Family dollar has trash that is behind the ice machine that looks have been there for months "disgusting". I guess they're making bank and could careless about this store and their hard working employees. F.y.i. I am not related too anyone that works there or have I every worked for Family Dollar, nor would I every want to work for this location. I sure hope that who ever owns this one sees this review and doesn't take offense but actions to take pride in your business.

Went in this morning this place next to my house but won't be going anymore. I was the only shopper in the store I was looking at soups and texting with my son to help with school a worker walked right up checked my cart looked at me pretended to look at the soup then walked to the end of the Ile and watch me. I finished there went to the next she followed. I have never before in my life been treated in such a way.that is bad customer service!!!!!

This store is always closed, it says 10pm but when I went at 7pm they were closed, ????????u200d♀️ I could understand if they were cleaning the mess up but the girls just sitting there talking,

Tonight Thursday may 26th at 8:30 I walked to the store and some people were outside and I went to walk In and all the doors were locked and I could see the two workers and one single customer inside, the worker let that one customer out and right before re locking the doors said sorry we’re closed. Seemed weird to me when the store closes at 10.

Wow... Truly I try to always give people the benefit of the doubt when they are behaving rudely. I tell you customer service and friendliness just doesn't seem to exist anymore. Especially at this Family Dollar. I've never been in an establishment where the manager was the rude one but today that was the case. I believe her name is Anna. And let me tell you she's a very rude individual. Someone needs to take her position away from her and bless some body that is kind with that role. Not Cool. Guess I'll just start going somewhere else.

Typical Family Dollar. One employee was super nice. Laughed and cut up with me, which I enjoy. The cashier, however, gave the distinct impression that I was being a bother. Sour look on her face, wasn't listening to anything I said.
Handicapped parking and wheelchair accessible, though aisles are packed. It would be difficult to maneuver a wheelchair here.
I probably won't go back. Customer service is important to me.

The staff is amazing ???????????? Good Job Crew For keeping the shelf's stocked for the community.. I know they are short staff, but they still manage to get it done with a smile

The store I frequent alot for my household items, cleaning supplies. Always a low price. Toys are priced great too. Christmas stuff already out & it helps to change the mood with all this covid stuff going on.
