This store is always stocked on sale items. The service is friendly. Atmosphere is nice and calm. The drive for me is out of my neighborhood but worth it ❤️

This is my go-to store. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Carol, in customer service, assisted me with my mishap of not having the just for you deal loaded to my phone. She did it with a great, friendly attitude. Thank you Carol, you’re awesome! Thank you Albertsons, customer service is not dead here!

I've always shopped here but last few times two many past expiration dates still being sold and had to throw away vegetables after I cut them up were very slimy. Not sure what's going on but gave it another chance today and won't go back. Someone is not doing there job to make sure food is fresh.

Don't bother with their amazing customized cakes. It took 4 phone calls, once talking to someone in person to get the order figured out. Lots of "well I'm not sure I'm not the decorator". After finally talking to the decorator it was "well I can do this but not this because I'm not good at freehand and the other baker is off this week". I did not ask for anything complicated mind you - a super simple cartoon looking rocket ship. She says she can't do it. She says she can leave space on the side of the cake and I can do it myself - great! Pick up the cake and there is absolutely no room to fit anything else on the cake.

All this advertising they have about these beautiful cakes is a joke when they can't get something right that should be so incredibly simple. Thank you for ruining this part of my family event. They live thousands of miles away and rarely see us. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it.

The store is clean and organized and employees are knowlegeable and friendly. Have only had to wait in line one time out of the dozens of times I have gone grocery shopping here. I didn't have any coupons with me and a female employee noticed I had a couple items that were discounted on coupons and she had the coupons on hand and scanned them for me. That experience, the random act of kindness from the Albertson's employee, which saved me a couple bucks, won me over as a consumer. I have been doing most of my grocery shopping at Albertson's than any other grocery store.

The meat department butcher was EXCELLENT. I greeted the cashier never spoke back or said thank you. The butcher should give customer service tips to the front cashiers

Ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday party, some how the order got lost and my cake wasn’t made for the day needed. No call was made no notice or anything until I went for my cake. Never had a problem with the bakery but clearly organization is very much needed in that department.
