I came back after many years because this place was the go to spot. Sadly the location near Metro Center closed so we came to this one. We got the fish tacos, pipeline burger and spinach dip! Pipeline is just how I remembered it but it is very messy. Spinach dip wasn't my fave and the fish tacos were yummy. Personally I wouldn't stray away from those two items. The service wasn't super great and it could have just been a bad day. I wouldn't come back again not because I didn’t like it but because it’s a distance from me. But if you're in the area and you're in the mood for a burger or fish tacos, it's worth checking out!

UPDATE: An employee reached out to me and very kindly offered to make things right with a replacement meal. This experience was much much better since my burger was cooked perfectly and the customer service was great. Thank you for a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I used to frequent the PV location but haven’t been back since that location closed. It was nostalgic looking around at the decor and the menu.

I used to always get the shorebird but decided I should order a burger. I decided on the Maui and my boyfriend got the Kilauea. Mine was cooked to a perfect medium rare but was very bland. The Kilauea was cooked more well done (asked for medium) and it lived up to its description. It was was definitely spicy! I had a Caesar salad which was was great but his fries were cold and very crunchy. Despite some unhappiness about the food, the service was great! All staff members were very friendly and on top of refilling our drinks. Overall, I would return to this location but I would order something different next time.

Cold and stale fries. Nachos are soggy with black bean juice from the can. Staff was not friendly and when we ordered sour cream on the side it sill came on the dish. Had to ask for napkins and silverware. Waited 15 min after being sat before the waiter greeted us. I used to like this place and frequently visit at lunch time but will not be coming back. Not sure what has changed but management standards are slipping.

Visited in a Friday evening, so there was a wait and inside was busy, but the burgers here were phenomenal relative to any options nearby. The quality of the meat and overall food experience really did outclass any of the faster options around the area. It was worth the wait. There were a few snafu’s but the staff did a great job making anything right and bringing fresh fries to go with a plate sent back.

We went to have lunch on July 4th and their food is always so good! This was our second time here. We took family with us so that they can try it, and they also enjoyed it. You can tell that their burgers are fresh and not frozen meat. And you can't forget about the truffle fries.. omg amazing!! We also ordered a few flights 2 beer flights and a
2 cocktail mixed ones (pictured). A must try! I didn't get pictures of the food because our little one was getting impatient. ????

Have not been to a Islands restaurant in a couple of years. Went for lunch on a Tuesday at 11:30. Wife and I were seated immediately ( was not busy). Our server , Maya was terrific. Very nice customer service and skills. Pleasant and attentive. She took our order and minutes later she arrived with our food. The food was served as ordered. Very nice experience. We will be back. Wife's chicken bowl was tasty and plentiful, with a good mix of protein, rice and veggies. My trio of corn tacos with carne asada, veggies avocado was excellent as well.We will be back

My experience at the bar was good.. bartender was friendly attentive and quick. But I watched the line cook and waitress both eat/sample some food right before serving it to me! No hand washing was done before continuing on with their job. I was appalled and where is the manager? Can’t tell who or where they were. I was pretty upset and yet couldn’t say anything. Just got my food and left. Hopefully this review will make an impact.

Good plca to meet up before a game. Food and service was good. I will go back I'm sure. Margaritas are pretty good
