My wife and I got two of the two taco plates
and two medium drinks. It came out to $40! We got a few extra salsas which they $1 upcharge on each. They should mention that to the customer when ordering. My wallet felt pretty violated for what I got. The flies did not help for the ambiance either. Wont be back!

Restaurant had “not enough grilled chicken” to make my salad I was offered to buy. Some thing else was never offered to wait for a fresh batch and was told at the register it would be over 20 minutes. I don’t understand why. The food wasn’t being prepped while the restaurant was running out? And then at the register I was charged full price and not offered anything not even a drink to make up for the short coming. I spend probably $200 a month at Café Rio but I don’t think I’ll be coming back after this. Really disappointing.

So I went here for my nachos, which is always good. But this one time, they were out of grilled chicken, and the queso was out with a 15 min wait time.... any other time, this would have been a 1 star review, but thanks to Maggie and her great customer service, she turned what would have been an unsatisfied customer into a satisfied customer.

This location was clean and super quick. I was impressed with the amount of food and flavor for my to-go order. The Fire Grilled Chicken salad is my favorite!

Absolutely FANTASTIC food and customer service. The server by the name of adam was astounding, maggie provided great enthusiasm and charisma and tiffany the cashier was extremely friendly and inviting. 10/10 would recommenddd!

I really Enjoyed the service and the food when I 1st visited in September 2022. Then I revisited today July 6 2023 and The service was simply excellent and unexpectedly perfect. The young man should be a trainer if he isn't already. He handled multiple in store customers without a hitch and never made me feel unnoticed or unimportant or unattended to. My food was delicious.

The food is good but they opened late over 10 mins and then made us wait for another 10 mins to get our food we ordered.
