I love the food and dine in is great. I have young children and use the car side option which has gotten more disappointing over the years. We just picked up our order and the portions are normally smaller then in the restaurants but they are even worse tonight. Appetizers and sides are always tiny. Love the food but again portion size sucks. They always constantly forget my bread. They did it again tonight with my bruschetta.

Tonight was amazing. The food and service was exceptional. Our server was awesome and the drinks were tasty. I came with my two kids and they ate all their food. 10/10 on my rating. I come to this restaurant every now and then, and it’s always good. If you like Italian food this is the place!

3.5 stars really....
This place is really overpriced for the quality of food and decor provided, thankfully we weren’t paying. The inside reminds me of a 90s Olive Garden and outside were some sketchy characters. The calamari was actually good, crunchy with good flavor. Ceased salad wasn’t bad but some of the lettuce was brown. The pasta lacked great flavor and the meatballs were odd tasting, the cheese may have been the cause of this, they tasted aged wink wink. Desert was very good but almost $12, again for that price a bit steep. Service was friendly and manager was pleasant. I think overall it’s a descent restaurant but for that price I think Cheesecake Factory offers more, just my opinion as a foodie

We have been to Carrabas many times, the food is fantastic
and we never had an issue, however, today we did. I did not even get to eat an entree. Felt like I was being kicked out because I asked for my food to be cooked the way I ordered it. This is how things went:
1. On their website they advertise Stuffed Mushrooms, but according to Jordan, our server, they no longer serve them and it is up to the individual restaurants, so why advertise them?
2. My husband ordered his beverage, an old fashioned from the bar and I had ice tea, we also ordered the Meatballs. We got the Meatballs before he got his drink. Seems that our server Jordan was getting the curb side orders ready and apparently since they are a priority, she just had to get them first. Mind you they were not even busy at the time, ( it was before 4 p.m.), yet other servers were attending to their tables while Jordan ignored hers for curbside pick up.
3. I ordered the new plate, Steak with cheese ball, grape tomatoes and red onions, fettuccine. My husband ordered the Shrimp and Scallop plate. I ordered my steak medium rare, it came out bloody rare. I asked for it to be cooked medium rare. Mind you my husband got his order perfectly made, then Jordan took
my plate back, told the cook I wanted it medium rare, then once again went back to her curbside orders.
4. My entree sat under the hot lamps for a good 10 minutes at least, while Jordan finished her curbside orders, then she brought my food back. The plate and food were cold, the cook just let it sit under the heat lamp instead of cooking it. Heat lamps do not keep food hot. How do I know? I worked front of house, back of house, bar, expeditor, cashier, hostess, busses, etc., for over 20 years in food service.
5. Flagged Jordan down, told her the entire plate was cold, she took my plate away, said it would be taken off, but never asked if I would like to order another entree, instead once again she packed up curbside order and dropped off our check. I then told her that she could tell the cook I saw everything he did not do (restsurant has open kitchen) and thanked her for not being able to eat my dinner or even asking if I would like to order something else. She then came back to pick up our tab, said she spoke with the manager (never saw manager. Everything went through Jordan), and they were only going to charge us for our ice tea, the old fashion, and the Meatballs. We never asked her to do that.
The whole time all she did was concentrate on her curbside orders, kept apologizing for things.
Is this how Carrabas is now doing things? Curbside and take out orders take precedence over in house customers?
Sad to say, they lost customers today.

Came for mother's day and was sat right away. Our waitress was very nice and took our drink order right away. Appetizers were mediocre. We all ordered and ended up waiting an hour and a half for our food! Our waitress barely checked on us, only refilled my drink and not the rest of the tables. After the long wait the food was a big letdown. It was lukewarm and I ordered the lobster ravioli which came with only 8 little raviolis for the price it was the size of a kids meal. Very disappointed with the service and the food especially for the prices their charging! Will never come to this location again and do not recommend.

haven't been here lately. kids came in from out of town so I took them here. Tuesday night not too busy. they got us right in & seated. a young lady took our orders. she seemed quite knowledgeable as to exactly what we could get if we changed our order just a little. she was very nice, friendly, helpful, and attentive. food was great. service was terrific. A+ all the way !!!!
I do say, nicely done. u003d )

Hadn't been to Carrabba's in a very long time, but returned because they are now open for lunch. What a pleasant surprise! The food was fabulous! So happy that they serve veal...both plentiful and delicious. The side salad and soup were exceptional. This place is not your typical chain restaurant. It's a step above and very good. Even though it's a bit of a drive for us, we will return soon.
