I am not sure why I even keep coming back to this location. The last 3 times I’ve been there have just been bad experiences. If its not a bunch of teenagers just standing around gossiping and not working, or im waiting for 15 minutes for my order, or my order missing items, it’s melted cheese just poured all over the inside of the bag. This location is ridiculously consistent at terrible experiences. I cant even tell you how many times I’ve ordered a coke and was given diet soda. Stay away from this location

I am new to AZ (less than a year) went to Culver's in verrado and it was amazing the service, the staff and the food was amazing. It became a place that my family and I would love to frequent.
However this was not the case in Avondale, we went here on two separate occasions and both times our burger were not cooked (pink inside) not something that we could enjoy. I'm not sure if they are rushing the food out but the burgers were also not seasoned which is one of the major reasons we thought we liked Culver's. Don't think we will be back to this location as this seems to be a trend .

We had the double bacon cheeseburgers and fries and shakes. The burger was amazing. The shake was easy to drink , but to thick and not to thin . The service was am great.. the good was brought to our table and everything we ordered and how we ordered it was right. The place is clean and inviting.

Great place we have been there before. It's a 3 hour drive from home but anytime we are in Phoenix we always try to stop in. But this time we stopped in was horrible. I ordered 4 different meals and the only one that was correct was the chicken strip combo. I ordered a double and got a single wish half the ingredients on it. Then by the time they got my order right my other food was cold.

I tried it for the very first time..And OMGoodness! My burger was so good. I wanted to turn around and get another. So I went the next day. Service and food was really rude and food tasted like it was under a heat lamp.

For the first time 5+ stars. Hopefully that day was bad. Because if that was their normal then 3 stars. Why because they hire school children. That way they stay off the streets and learn values. So for that I give 5+ again.

I went to pick up dinner at this location and it was fairly busy. This location has 3 spots to wait at once you have paid for your food. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and did not receive my fries and I didn't notice until I got home. I was not going to drive back since I was hungry. I also ordered their mini pretzels which are delicious and their turtle ice cream which is also yummy. Not sure why they always make the ice cream order before you get your food. When I pulled up to the window to pay for my order, the ice cream was already made and had been sitting there and was melting. I asked the employee to make sure that the ice cream was not made until I received my food order because it melts quickly. She said, "oh, okay I can do that for you since it is already melting " so I am not sure why they do this. The turtle ice cream has hot fudge which melts your ice cream quickly and if you get it before your food it is just sitting in your car melting even more. The picture of my ice cream is from when I arrived home and it is only a seven minute drive. Imagine what it would be like if I had taken the first one they had made that was sitting there? I know it had been sitting there for a while because as soon as the guy in front of me paid for his food, the drinks and ice cream were sitting on the counter. They did remake the ice cream and it was brought out with my food, thankfully. Their food is delicious, just feel like this is one thing they should work on.

There really is something different about this place...I heard it was good so I made it a point to stop by as it's nowhere near my normal stomping grounds. It's the only fast food place that made me go, "it smells so clean in here"...lol

Got a double Butterburger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo and done onion rings. All quite good!! There's something special about the burger...the butter I guess? I'm not sure. I can't put my finger on it.

Getting some custard to go!

It was my first time here today and I really enjoyed the food, I was surprise by the good flavor. The strawberry milkshake was delicious too. I just feel disappointed that they put “You belong with me” from Taylor Swift but IT WASNT TAYLOR’S VERSION ????
