I ordered 29 standard black & white prints, which should total $4.06 based on the stores website. I was charged $10.33, more than double the online price. When I inquired about the excessive upcharge, I was told coming into the store makes the 1st page $2+ and every page thereafter .25. I requested a refund of the difference to match their online price and was denied; the manager advised me to speak to the owner "sometime after Thanksgiving" and informed me that "Each UPS Store is privately owned and able to set prices our own way."

Wish I would have read some of these feedback comments before I scheduled my appointment here. I scheduled an appointment for 3:10. Waited in line to get to the counter, once I got to the counter I was asked to step over to the computer at the other side of the counter. I waited another 20 / 25 minutes! What's the point of scheduling the appointment? Poor staffing, would not recommend this store

There's a reason why this place has such low rating. Adriana has no idea what she is doing and has poor customer service to top it off. She can care less about trying to help customers and needs additional training and what other shipping options the business has to offer. But she was quick to close the business door 5 minutes before 5pm today.

they need younger workers who work at good speed, they have an elder working and she take her phones calls during shift while there is 7 people waiting patiently to be assisted with.

Went in there a few weeks ago and was helped very quickly. I needed to fax a lot of paperwork for my job and the staff helped me do this and were very kind and helpful. The staff was happy and upbeat and created a good atmosphere. Definitely will be returning!

The young lady in this UPS had woken up on the strong side of the bed. If you want to be this rude and disrespectful to customers you should not be behind the counter. I live 2 minutes from this store, I'll be willing to drive an hour for a different UPS. I will blame the manager horses doing the hiring.

Worst UPS Store I've ever been to. Didn't know how to ship first class and argued with me. I had to call another store to give them instructions. Then refused to give me the shipping receipt. I will never come back to this location.

OMG what a rude employee! I arrived for my fingerprint appointment 15 min early. First appointment was canceled morning of the appointment. Two additional appointments came in after me and both were seen before me. Employee was rude when I told her I’ve been here for over 50 min waiting for my appointment. She still let me wait additional 20 more minutes. That would be over an hr wait. When you are in customer facing environment please be polite!
