The prices are awesome n ecoupons are a plus vip a must n gas rewards are the toppings on a banana split.frys my to go store wouldn't trade it for nothing friendly people fresh produce excellent meats

Came in 8/11 to return my medicine that my mom has purchased for me I didn’t have a receipt. I was asked if I used my member number I was unsure. I stood in line for almost 20 minutes while another lady searched for my purchase. The manager then came back and told me I couldn’t return it without a receipt as she scanned me up and down. Which I understand the least they could of done was give me a gift card I had waited for almost 40 minutes holding a car seat in my arms. My medicine was over $50 she the. Offered me $10 gift card. As if she was doing me a favor. I’m pretty sure if I wasn’t a black woman my return would have been done with no questions. I’ll never do business with fry’s again I’ll take my money elsewhere. They don’t even honor thier store policys

This Fry's is always clean and very friendly. Sales are convenient, especially in today's economy with the inflated prices. The staff are very helpful, and it's rare that they're our of stock on household staples. I recommend visiting early in the morning (7:00am-9:00am) or in the early afternoon (1:30pm-4:00pm) to avoid heavy for traffic.

After 25 years of shopping at Frys: I am done.

Combine the higher prices with rapidly declining customer service and then add younger employees locking the wheels to my cart on purpose while having a good laugh about it. This location (Avondale & Buckeye Rd) is, by far, the worst of them all.

Their Pick-up service experience has been great for us. Always on time ND always really kind. Don't think I've had better service than this. :)

Horrible Customer Service , retrain your employees The employee is the picture was extremely rude. A random person was picking box's off the floor that had fallen from a display. The employee started yelling not to pick it up even though it was blocking the aisle.

They added photos of a Fry's Signature location, making us waste a rather lengthy trip across town and traffic only to find they don't have the selection of products we were hoping to find, if it were a signature location. Dirty trickery, not appreciated

The worst pharmacy employees I'm Arizona. Zero concern for anything besides Frys policy's, and could not care less about your personal needs. I just had a pharmacist tell me "hey, you're not the only patient we have."

What an absolute joke. It must be nice to be literally the only option for a pharmacy in 30 miles. Enjoy that forced customer base while it lasts.
