I have received better pick up times and no complaints. I do make sure one thing I called before I go or I get the text
alert.I work in the medical field I have much compassion between the doctors, the medical assistance which I am and the pharmacist, the communication getting the sending the medication & getting medication ready and plus the insurance part!!!!
I love this store❤️& avondale !

Use to LOVEEEEEE COMING TO THIS PHARMACY! Had the worst customer care today. I called in to check on my inhaler albuterol, some man said “yeah every time we try to run it your insurance sends it back an says to use your primary, informed the person I haven’t had that insurance in over 6 months, an it doesn’t show on my United Health Care account. He said well call the insurance a tell them to call us.” So I had to wait on hold for 20 mins, just to then again wait another two hours because they went to lunch an the rep said she’d call them immediately an get everything started! An it’s just irritating I had to call my insurance just to have them call a walk you through your job because you don’t know how to take the old insurance off file?. Send everyone back to basic training and the management needs to be retrained.. an not to mention no one ever called me, when the medication originally didn’t go through not a text or anything.

I've been coming to this Frys for 15 years and it's my favorite grocery store!! They have a big selection, friendly, attentive customer service, and the store/parking lot is one of the most consistently clean facilities I've seen at grocery stores. I've been coming here so long we literally grew up next to each other and I can't recommend this place enough! They have a pharmacy, check cashing/customer service desk, an in store Wellsfargo bank/ATM, seasonal merchandise (outdoor furniture, Christmas decorations, Halloween costumes, etc.), and a Deli!

worst pharmacy ever, give them more than enough days for my prescription and still wasn’t ready then they go to say that they don’t have my prescription at all that they no longer sell it the following day after they had just confirmed the previous day that they do and quoted me a price on it. Finally they found it and now i was quoted an incorrectly price from an employee from the window after asking if that was all i had to pay out of pocket, clearly they do not know what they are doing here will be switching pharmacy, staff is very uneducated and unprofessional definitely went downhill

The Pharmacy has gone downhill. The worst customer care. They see you waiting in line but won't step up to take care of you until there is a line.They actually will hang up on you if you call them then laugh about it. Call and see. Not to mention the times they say your medication will be ready never are and THEY are upset that you come the same time as that scheduled pick up. A bunch of lazy people work here.

They’re good about getting my scripts right and in a timely manner but don’t call them on the phone. They hung up on me while on hold 3 times and then she gave me attitude like I was bugging her to help me out. Use automated for refills and maybe walk in if you have questions.

Every time I just need to pick up a prescription they let people hold up the line for sometimes 25-35 minutes. Clearly those people's are not just dropping off or picking up so they should go inside. Because the rest of us don't have all day to be stuck in a drive through fire up to an hour. How very rude and unprofessional. What's the point of a drive-thru like that when it's faster just to go inside the building? I think it's fine to find a better pharmacy it was more courteous of its loyal patients!
