This was an awesome experience! A lot of history to be told! Our tour guide was Shawn, he made it a lot of fun and was very knowledgeable! The whole experience was more than I expected and definitely worth the price. It was comfortable and cool inside the trolley. They have a small gift shop where you buy your tickets. You get a little jug to get some spring water from a fountain at one of the stops. It's nice for the whole family! Definitely recommend. Find out some interesting history of Hot Springs that I had no idea about!

We had a great time on the tour . The lady in the gift shop( I wish I got her name) was so kind. Our trolley driver/tour guide Butch was so knowledgeable and very friendly. We got to see so much and took some great pictures in the mountains

This is a great tour, lots of information on Hot Springs, although not so much on Bathhouse Row. Interesting information on the gangster and baseball history. Lots of info on homes, but maybe a bit too much. Surprised it didn't go by Bill Clinton's boyhood home along with the other. Great overlooks with the drive up west mountain. Butt starts gets a bit sore on the wooden seats and the couples sear are a bit tight for larger or taller people. Very friendly staff and good AC on the trolley.

Happened to go on a foggy day so missed the mountain experience, but the driver was informational and nice. The lady at the shop was so professional, sweet, and understanding. If we ever vist Hot Springs again, I would definitely spend my money on the trolleys thanks to her! Would have gave it five stars, but didn't have cups for water. Felt like they could have disclosed that sooner or allowed us to fill up with our water bottles.

We enjoyed a great trolley ride today (3/29/23 at 11AM). I didn’t catch our trolley driver’s name, but he did a terrific job! He was so fun and informative. We enjoyed the historical side of the tour. Like someone else mentioned, our family had no idea about the baseball history in Hot Springs. That was really interesting. Our driver drove us up to West Mountain Summit in Hot Springs National Park and even volunteered to take pictures of families riding the trolley at the top of the mountain.

You cannot make reservations for this tour online. Right now, you have to call to reserve your spot or go to the gift shop to reserve your spot. They offer three times: 11AM, 1PM, 3PM. Each tour takes about 90 minutes. I highly recommend this trolley ride if you’re visiting Hot Springs!

Learn a lot about Hot Springs, AR in a short period of time.

I've lived in Arkansas all my life and vacation/visit in Hot Springs almost every year. But for some reason, I'd never taken a Trolley sightseeing tour. I guess I assumed I knew all there was to know about Hot Springs.

Wow! Was I ever wrong! Maybe it was the tour guide. He explained things about Hot Springs I'd never heard before.

The trolley first rumbles along the narrow streets and the tour guide gives you a "behind the scenes" lesson about the historic mansions and homes in the area. It then climbs the West Mountain of Hot Springs National Park. You'll learn about the special stone located only in this area. At this point, you can exit the trolley for breathtaking views of Hot Springs National Park. You'll also be treated to the baseball history of Hot Springs (Babe Ruth). The tour ends with a stop at a mountain spring where you can fill your complimentary water jug with pristine mountain water. What a great tour.

Took the Hot Springs trolley tour today had the best time. The tour it self is about an hour and a half. We toured several areas of Hot Springs even was scolded by a police officer ???? never a dull moment. Great historical stops and great view from the top of a mountain. One of the stops was a fountain where you are allowed to fill your jug up with water it’s the oldest artesian well in the city. We definitely recommend the tour.

Amazing tour! Richard was so amazing and had so much great history and information about the town! The views were breathtaking and the history to go along with it was great! We are a family of 6 from Katy, Tx and we loved this very much!!!! I forgot Richards wife name, but she too was amazing taking care of the gift shop! We had made a mistake and wanted to make it right, in the end she took real good care of us and it was so kind and appreciated!
