Oh my goodness!!!! My husband and I enjoyed this food for our wedding anniversary meal ...first time in hot springs!! This is such a great place to enjoy Mexican food !!!!!! We enjoyed the chips and queso and salsa and sampler as our meal!!!!! Delicious ???? ????

A great place to have delicious Mexican food in Hot springs, AR.

Ambience -
This place located in the middle of the city. Place got 2 hour parking lots. Restaurant is a tiny , well decorated , sanitized , clean place with well organized tables.

Food - we ordered Chicken wings with hot sauce, Chicken Enchiladas are really delicious. The famous chicken Quesadillas is tastiest. The complementary nachos with salsa is the best, could not able to control not to take in.

Service - The service was professional and satisfied.

Plus Burrito grande is HUGE services was great.

Yummy food! Located in downtown, so after a nice stroll definitely check out Picante’s Mexican Restaurant. Angelina was our server and she was super sweet, even recommended me their salsa verde( it was spicy and so good!!) Calm environment and prices were reasonable. Chips and salsa were yummy as well.

This was our second time eating at Picante’s restaurant. It is conveniently located downtown and within walking distance from our hotel. We had the sampler appetizer and the Razorback special (chicken and steak) and everything was delicious! Will definitely go again!

I got the beef burrito and cheese enchilada with cheese sauce. Neither one was very good and they charged a dollar extra for cheese sauce which I did not see on the food. I do not think I will be back. The salsa and chips were pretty good though.

Food: There are no vegan options, and only 1 vegetarian option.
Service: no one smiles. It makes me wonder if the boss or owner is difficult to work for.
Atmosphere: at first glance the place is like any other Mexican restaurant, but the bathroom is in desperate need of a deep clean.
Pro: it's downtown and convenient
Con: asked waitress twice for a highchair but had to get up and get a booster seat ourselves
