My colleagues and I had lunch at Brick House one day this week. It's right across the street from the BankOzk Convention Center & Hotel Hot Springs in the historic downtown area. I got a burger medium-well, which was great, and the fries were perfectly crispy. Everyone with me enjoyed their food, and the bartender/server, Brandy, is phenomenal. She has a beautiful personality, and is such a caretaker, making the whole room feel accommodated and at ease, while she expertly juggles 20 tasks at once. I was super impressed with her!

We really weren't sure where to go for dinner, so we just started walking. There were places that looked like they might be interesting but not open. We ended up at Brick House and sat in the bar. Brandi was fantastic and so helpful. She gave us great recommendations for other places to eat while in town and was very attentive. The food was great. My fav.... mozzarella sticks... were gigantic and super stringy. Best I have had in a while. The salads were fairly large for a side salad and good. We got the Blackened Tuna and the Brickhouse chicken. Both were delicious! After the cheese, I was only able to eat a 3rd of my chicken, but it will be a great snack/lunch one day. We were very pleased with our off the cuff walk-in dinner selection.

Went here with out reservation on Friday night on recommendation of a local. Got lucky and in with minimal wait. I don’t know what it is about Hot Springs area but all of staff/servers have been wonderful. The cheeseburger and home cut fries are to die for. Really tasty and cooked to perfection. Nice atmosphere and good place to go.

I absolutely love this place Brick House Grill everything was Cooked Perfect … would definitely recommend the Prime Rib Sandwich absolutely delicious and of course the Loaded Cheese, Bacon, Fries Yummy ????

A nice place for a great burger or fab steaks or seafood. Definitely try the loaded baked potatoe. The peach cobbler was a great finish to the meal. Friendly people with an old brick room experience.

Great service I received my meal in less than 7 minutes. Very friendly and nice atmosphere. The Burger was perfect

My husband and I went to eat here for my birthday the other day and it was amazing! We got the combo appetizer and I really enjoyed the onion rings but the mozzarella sticks were the real treat of the appetizer. They were so thick and the breading felt very homestyle, it really seemed like they cut a huge chuck of cheese straight off the block and breaded and fried it themselves. Then the potato soup officially topped my list of favorite potato soups! Our awesome waiter JJ informed me that the soup is homemade and you can definitely tell. It was super creamy and cheesy and just delicious! And my steak was perfectly cooked and was so tender and juicy. My husband got the daily special which was a crispy chicken sandwich. We were amazed at the size of it. Huge! He couldn't even eat his fries because the sandwich was so filling. He said it was one of the best chicken sandwiches he's ever had. While the prices had gone up a couple dollars from the menus posted here online, and did seem a little steep, we received excellent service and delicious food that I ultimately felt was worth the cost. The overall experience was wonderful and we will definitely be going back in the future!

Pretty good American eats restaurant. The BBQ shrimp has a really good spice to it. I would recommend at least getting the appetizer of it. The salmon and chicken selections are good as well. The fries and chips are nice and fresh.
