Excellent fine dining! Service is next to none, the appetizers were amazing (the seasonal tomatoes and Burrata-chef's kiss) and our entrees set the bar pretty high. This was our 3rd visit and will not be our last. The atmosphere is also 10/10. The perfect place to celebrate a special occasion!

Eat here, and respect their craft! Because they're proud of it. And they should be!

Everyone in this restaurant was eager to share how proud they were of the food and service at The Vault. The workplace culture is phenomenally positive! It was an absolute treat to see happy employees and happy patrons. The chefs come out of the kitchen and visit tables routinely!

Another reviewer talked about waiting, but that's because each dish and cocktail is crafted with mindful care and pride in presentation. This is among my favorite dining experiences in the last year. Kudos to each of you at The Vault!

I recently dined at this restaurant and have mixed feelings about my experience. Upon arrival, I noticed several empty tables, but it took a significant amount of time for the restaurant to reach less than 40% capacity on my arrival. Even when it wasn't crowded, the waiting times were quite slow.

I was attended to by a server named Mitch, who was very kind and took the time to explain some of the dishes I was interested in. I opted for a soda since I was driving, a soup called "Watermelon Gazpaccio," and a "Pork chop with asparagus."

Unfortunately, the soda took at least 10 minutes to be brought to the table after I ordered it, which was not ideal but acceptable. The soup took an additional 10 minutes, which was a bit too long considering it was just an item from the menu.

However, when the soup finally arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The cold watermelon gazpaccio had a distinct and delicious flavor. It was truly enchanting and meant to be savored slowly, which made me happy once again.

Shortly after, the server brought some bread rolls, which were also delightful. They were coated with a light slurry and incredibly tasty. The chef, Andrew, even came to my table to inform me that the soup of the day had been invented that very day. It was a special treat and showcased the chef's creativity.

After finishing the soup, I had to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes for the pork chop, which was thick, perfectly grilled, and appropriately seasoned. However, it was disappointing that the dish was missing the promised asparagus.

It's worth noting that there was only one server taking care of 16 guests, which isn't a large number, and yet the service still left room for improvement. My bill and an extra soda were brought to the table 8 minutes after I requested them.

In terms of food, atmosphere, and customer service, the restaurant excels, but the pace of service was extremely slow. Despite this, I do plan on returning to try a different dish in the future.

After receiving the restaurant’s reply, I decided to change my review from 3 stars to 1 star.
I’m sorry you took so defensively from this review. Clearly you didn’t receive the spirit was given. No 1. A customer didn’t deserve attitude from your staff(hostess) No 2. Cocktails need garnishes regardless signature or not. (Small elements made big impacts on appearance and smell) No 3. Never been to any high end establishments offering lower quantities of shrimps. No 4. As of 03/2023, nationwide card processing fees are between 1.5 to 3.5%. Last but not least, all points you illustrated are meaningless when you get more competition. Good Luck.

Birthday celebration @ Vault Saturday night. Really wish could rate them 5 like other reviewers but being a franchise professional in the food industry, I feel speaking up for a fair review is being truly respectful and more helpful to other diners

From the moment we walked in, the hostess seated us a booth down the hallway next to their open kitchen area even with many tables in the main dining room were open (Yes, we did have a reservation. By the time we were leaving, those tables were not taken still) We went back to the hostess asking a table change due to smoke from the kitchen. She repeated twice “later the whole restaurant will be smoky. I just let you know” Not sure what she tried to imply. My guess, she’s bitter about our seating choice.

The signature cocktail drinks were lack of presentation except Smoked old fashion. Certainly expect more from a high-end establishment but the pour is about right. Sure, we can give a pass. Seafood Risotto was far below the average. Tossing 5 pieces of 26/30 size shrimp on a $55 dish is not only the cutting corner gesture of the restaurant but also y’all gotta be bold enough to charge top dollar on a mediocre dish. Unprofessional!

A 2% credit card processing fees shown on the receipt made us wondering the greedy owner/management passes each dollar of their normal business expenses to their customers. No problem! We paid $320 in cash and told our server asking the processing fee being removed so she could earn a few more bucks.

For all, good ambiance and attentive service. It’s just ok but definitely not great. As said in many of my steak house reviews, it’s not the $$$ but memorable dining experiences matter. Vault failed our expectations

I reserved a table for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary dinner. I was hesitant only because the online menu seemed out of date and not recently updated but I am SO GLAD we went forward with the reservation. The atmosphere here was SO COOL. Really unique feel, upscale yet not stuffy and had tons of sleek personality. The table we were originally seated was unfortunately located next to a gentleman that was very boisterous and we asked the server if we could be moved to another table. They promptly moved us to a private room behind what was the original VAULT door from back when the place was a bank. HOW COOL! And how sweet that the staff accommodated us with a special room for our special day. When I say the staff here went above and beyond - I truly mean we received better care at this restaurant more so than we have at ultra high end steak houses. We got to meet the chef who proceeded to tell us about his fav local breakfast place - the waiter was beyond attentive but respected our privacy throughout the meal. The food was absolutely wonderful, the atmosphere was beyond cool, the service was five stars & then some!!! This was our favorite meal our entire trip and we cannot thank the whole staff enough for making it all so memorable.

This place is a must when visiting Hot Springs! The cocktails are amazing & don't even get me started on the rolls! Best bread I've ever had. From the appetizers to the entrees, everything is so well done. The staff are so hospitable & the atmosphere of the restaurant itself is very nice.

The staff is amazing. The rolls are delicious. The mashed potatoes are under seasoned, but I mixed them with my way too salty seasonal vegetables which was squash, spinach, and green beans. So it evened out. The brussel sprouts are deep fried, but they were burnt black. I just couldn't on that. The asparagus was a tad undercooked and tough but delicious. The Asian salad was superb. My wife said her steak was delicious. Agreed with me on potatoes and asparagus. The atmosphere is nice but a bit cramped. The guy they sat a foot and a half away from me was so annoying. You can't really have a romantic night or conversation with someone that obnoxious in your personal space. Kind of ruined the mood. I kind of expected more from such an expensive place. Not very accommodating with food or diet restrictions.

Celebrated my dad’s 88th birthday here. From the moment we walked in until we left we were treated like VIP’s. We had dinner in the vault private dining room which was beyond fabulous. Our server was Mitchell and he was top notch. Professional, friendly, engaging, perfect timing of all the meal delivery, had great suggestions and just made the whole dining experience 5⭐️! Thank you to Mitchell and the entire staff. Highly recommend this restaurant and make to to ask for Mitchell…you won’t be disappointed! We will be back!
