Donna Strickland is the nicest, kindest person I've ever met! She always make sure we are well taken care of and satisfied with her service! H&R Block is the only place we will go, especially Donna's office! Jackie is also amazing!

Jackie Brewer and Donna Strickland are the best they really care for customers and been using them so long they remember you as soon as come through door my entire family uses the Woodstock al location and love these ladies hands down the best you have

Donna is wonderful, timely, and accurate in her accounting. However, I may be able to file my own taxes next year on line w/ HRB.

Service was friendly, but it seemed like the woman was not sure of the answers to some of my questions so that kinda weighed out the politeness. Also, the Google Maps app takes you 15 minutes out of the way. It took me to some road off highway 11. This needs to be updated.
