The guy Jeff that works there likes to run his mouth about everyone that comes in there. He is childish. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if u dnt want he said drama.

Don't expect service with a smile at this place. I'm not even going to waste my time pulling into to the parking lot. From now on I'll do my business with G&H in Centreville or Helena Hardware or Lowe's. Anywhere but K3.

Good Experience with this place.but I'm used to much bigger & buzzer lumber yard's compared to my visits I've had there.but VERY interesting place.

Have always gotten good service. Good selection of home improvement needs. Nice to have a hometown hardware store and not have to drive 1/2 hour to one of the big box stores.
I do find it sad that none of these 1 star reviews that I have seen are written by people who live around here. It's absolutely amazing that folks from other parts of the country know so much about the quality of the product and service without ever being remotely close to the store.
All of these people complaining about the store and the staff being prejudiced have not met the owners or set foot in the store, but rather, they are basing their opinions on what they have heard on a podcast from NPR in which the reporter made some major assumptions and distortions to create a more dramatic story, and paint someone as the bad guy.
Wait a second.... All these folks that are jumping to their conclusions from an edited and arranged story specifically designed to envoke that response, and not finding out the facts of the situation or meeting the people involved, are displaying a reprehensible behavior. What would it be called???
Hmmm....maybe prejudice???

I love having a community store for hardware! These guys always go the extra mile to help their customers and are a huge asset to our community, in general!! If extra stars were possible, they deserve them.

Great place to do business. Friendly folks. The negative reviews expose a flaw in online reviews. This is why someone in Arizona, who has not visited the store, can give a negative review because the person didn't like the name 'K3'. Ignore the trolls and listen to people who have shopped here.
