Love this place, first time here. Cheeseburgers are GREAT, meat, bun, pickels, chopped onion & their secret sauce! The fries are crispy & tender, very tasty. Their homemade biscuits with eggs were very good. Service was excellent!!

Stopped here this past Sunday (8/20/23). My daughters went in to get 3 milkshakes. I went in 15 minutes later to see what was taking so long. The restaurant was very busy. They had a lot of young people that had no sense of urgency. They had cashiers taking money at the register and then without gloves or washing hands dipped the ice cream to make shakes. It was obvious that training and good management was lacking at this location. I felt bad for the young man at the register. He was trying his best but he had no support and was not sure what to do. Every order on the order screen was red and he was doing his best but he finally walked off. The manager had moved the order off of the screen, I guess because it was red, and the young man didn't know we needed our order. But he also didn't ask if we had our order either. Poor management with a bunch of young inexperienced workers. The milkshakes were just a solid lump of ice cream with large milk crystals in them. They were ok but not something I will pay my money for again. Then I read this morning about 3 people dying from a milkshake machine not being cleaned properly and I thought those kids at this Jack's with no support from management are probably not cleaning that machine well either. I don't live in the area but travel through on a frequent basis but I will have to pass by this Jack's unless I just know for a fact that this situation is different. Not a good experience at all. 32 minutes to get 3 milkshakes that were not even made properly. Left me feeling that I wasted my time and my money.

I ordered a cheeseburger with mustard, onion, and pickles. Mine came with tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, and pickles! No napkins in our bag.

Yuck !! Ordered breakfast sandwich and It was not toasted and cold! Ice coffee was the most horrible thing I have ever tasted. This use to be the best Jack's and it is now on my never stop there again list.. And don't even bother with the reply of we're always trying to improve. I will never waste my money here again. And management needs to call the bug man with the roaches they got crawing on the counter ..Corporate should have been there yesterday!

I ordered a big breakfast, 2 single orders of gravy and biscuits and hashbrowns. I received 3 double orders of gravy in biscuits. My bag was full of gravy, and the containers were melted.
Waste of time and money. We did not eat that SLOP! Very disappointed. I have pics to prove the slop we were given.

From the beginning.. service was slow at best getting our order in..,While moving to get a seat to sit and eat bc we were hungry..we soon realize there was not one clean seat in the whole restaurant!! .. No they were not really that busy sure the drive thru was ...but there was plenty of working people on the clock doing nothing!!!! .. including the manager on duty..this was last night at the jacks in Woodstock Alabama..we finally got our food..of course..cold and couldn't even eat it...

The constant bickering between the staff members is unbearable and someone needs to do something about it. It takes forever to order and even longer to get your food. The food is usually decent but when you’ve been waiting 30 minutes it looses its luster.

I called at 7:03 on July 4 to order large bucket of fried chicken to pick up between 9:30&9:45 am to take to a family reunion that started at 10:30. I had proof on my phone of the call. They said we had not called. They had to fry the chiken. We were late for the beginning of the program. It was the 100th reunion! We could not wait for them to fry all the chicken we had planned to buy.
