We had the best experience here with Graci-Ann she was so welcoming, and polite. She gave us time to order, listened and repeated our order, greeted us at the window, thanked us, and gave us the freshest food we have ever received at any KFC!! She Said her Mama taught her to be kind, and I hope she knows her Mama is very proud ???? #Amazing

I stopped by to try the new Mac and cheese bowl. It was fair. I opted for the spicy ???? version . Only issue with this bowl is the amount of grease in the bottom of the bowl. It was not good at all. The grease ruined the taste for me. I couldn't eat the Mac and cheese because of all the grease mixed in with it. I give this meal 2 thumbs ???????? up.

I could fit all 4 in my hand. Over $10 for this dry and small chicken tender box. This is pathetic.

We ordered for Mercedes, they were nice and had everything ready on time (10:15-10:20am). However, as I was only the person picking it up and not eating it, I was informed later that they had left out ALL the biscuits and since this was a large order, it made me feel bad because I did not know what to look for throughout the order and I was informed that this was a constant that had happened before (biscuits being left out, had I known, I would've searched). So I hate to give you all three stars but for that reason I am.

They are rude employees sitting on the floor by the drive-thru window on there phones giving out incorrectly orders then gets an atuttied when asked about it wouldn't recommend this location

If you're driving anything larger than a SUV this is not the place to stop for a meal. What is the point of being connected to a truck stop when people can't even place a to-go order. This KFC is Not trucker nor charter bus friendly.

They put so much hot sauce on sandwich, it soak the bread and fell apart. They had I don't care attitude

This place is horrible. I wish corporate would pull their franchise so something good could go in there. The employees are the worst. They don't care about getting your order correct, and if you call them on it, they cop an attitude fast. The absolute worst.
