I stopped by this store yesterday. This was my 2nd time visiting this location. When I stepped foot inside the store, everything was so clean and nicely organized.
Their health food score was 99.
The customer service was excellent. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They both were polite and well mannered.
The gentleman that made my sandwich placed everything nicely.
I think I will be driving from the Clay area to this store from now on.

They don't take coupons that are delivered in pinson to ur mail box why make them if u can't use them .

Nice Subway in Pinson! Food was ok. Service ok. Didn't wait long at all. Server was a little bland. It's ok to smile. And when talking to customer look at them. So we can communicate better. I had to ask him to repeat himself often. Other than that I recommend.

The day that they were running a two-hour promotion from 10 to noon for a free sandwich but the manager said it was only the first 15 customers that could get it - in spite of the fact that I went there at 10:58, halfway through the promotion.

Theworkers and manger is very rude and I'll never spend my money with again gave me what they want me to have instead calling me and I paid for extra meat didnt get it gave me the wrong bread and cookies and got rude when I call and told them they mess my order up

I've been eating here forever and love these people! So professional, super friendly staff, CLEAN environment, and they make delicious sandwiches.
I would literally recommend them to anyone and everyone! 5⭐s forever ????

Very impressed with this store. I’ve only been to this location three times, and every time I go, they’re always so busy. But, they don’t skip a beat. They always greet you as soon as you walk through the door, very friendly individuals. They make small talk to you as they make your sandwich. Very helpful people. Keep up the good job guys. Thank you!
