My family and I had separate craving and taste for dinner options. Some wanted breakfast and others wanted a three course meal. So, as a good mother and wife I took the high road. I didn’t cook nothing. Went straight to my phone and ordered on Huddle House app. Everybody gets what they want.

I must say the restaurant was so gosh darn clean. No lie. Also, you can watch as your meal is prepared. The meal preparer’s wore gloves the whole time preparing food and inter-changing gloves ???? throughout the process ????????????.

So, you maybe wondering why a four rating then if the restaurant and food was served so cleanly. Check out my pros and cons comments. Too figure it out?

Cons:

I was upset because I order my meal at 5:30 pm and did not obtain it until 6:06 pm. Had to sit and wait on food.

My little (1) liked the Mac-n-cheese but upset because it was not enough noodles

(1) cook and (1) server/cashier

Say bye bye to the old way of calling in orders. You must use app. So, for people less tech savvy this your chance to learn.

The waitress is super friendly! She was working all by herself but still was so welcoming & great to talk to + she did an amazing job. The food was super good — We’ve been here 3 times this week. :)

Recently stopped by huddle house in pinson on the way home because it was a long day and I didn't feel like cooking. Happens to the best of us right? Well, Brittany (my server) greeted me with a smile and took my order. I have to say the place was very clean. It wasn't long after I ordered and a little small talk with Brittany that my food came out. No complaints in that area whatsoever. The food was great. Service was great as well. Will definitely stop back in from time to time!

My family had a great experience. It was clean. Our server Kassandra was very nice. She checked on us several times. The food was hot and delicious. She brought us extra drinks. We will definitely be back!

if i could give it 0 stars i would! SERVICE TERRIBLE! They are sooo slow! waited for our food for 2 hours! no good customer service! orange juice nasty. Rude waitresses! i Will never recommend anyone to go to this horrible place!!

Everyone needs to get to the Huddle House !!! (In Pinson Alabama) It’s a great place to go eat and take your family. My husband and I went to the Huddle House. Shane and Kassandra were working and kept things going smoothly. Food , service and communication was great. They work great together. Thanks to y’all we had a great time at the Huddle House. We will be back. Thank you Shane and Kassandra we will see y’all again soon.

Shane the cook was very nice. He was on the serving side of things and did phenomenal!! Better than most waiters I have experienced. The General manage made sure we had everything we needed. Very friendly conversation. 10/10 would recommend.

These guys love closing early. They allegedly close at 10 on Friday but these guys were shut down at 8:30. If your people here want to close early, then just update your times. I wish I could say this was the first time they get me like this.
