My fries were cold. One Whooper was suppose to have the onions,pickles and letteus taken off,and they were still on there. My husband and I were the only customers inside so all the workers were acting like they were on break.. The air wasn't working and we just left the hospital. Had to ask for all condiments. We are seniors so the heat inside was as hot as the outside. What happened. Use to be my favorite place not anymore.

My order was missing food and I called and called and called. No answer. The phone went to a busy signal after several calls. I just didn't feel like going all the way back down there to get my food(Burger Kings are not in arms lengths) so I just charged that to the game. They really need to answer their calls. So check your bags before leaving the restaurant

Always terrible but we have limited options in Pinson so occassionslly we try it again. Our family had what food they would serve us (kept saying they were out of everything) and we are all sick to our stomachs and staying in the bathroom. This happens too often. Never again. Save yourself. They are rude and never have anything! They told us the lobby was closed on two different t occasions. But then we see a group of a different race being allowed to go in and get food. Not sure what is going on here.

I went by there on February 1, 2023 I never actually made it to getting food. With no other customers in line or at the window I waited at the menu board for 10 minutes. Finally I gave up, and went next door to Jack's. This restaurant has the worst customer service I've experienced in a while. If you're headed to work, don't go by here you'll be late.

For over 10 minutes I waited after paying for my order. Had to pull forward. A second car pulled in the pull to a parking spot. A large order was brought to them. I went inside the crew had no idea I was there. I ask for my money back it took another 15 minutes to get a refund just to be told it will take 3 days to receive. Base off the service I can expect the refund in 45 days.
Very disappointing. Never go to this place. GO TO THE MCDONALD’s or JACKS!!

Went on 7/29/23 The lady behind the counter had a very drunk employee in their being loud and then came to take my order after 10mins of waiting and being ignored. There were 2 cars in drive thru and nobody in the establishment. When she approached to get ready to take my order she had a snotty attitude and I told her nevermind I was leaving and she told us that was better for her and to get out literally. I don't know what kind of company Burger King has become but this was very unacceptable

DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!! The burger king in Pinson AL needs new management and customer service training ASAP. On July 28 2023, (3:30PM) I arrived at the Burger King there and I waited 15 minutes before someone took my order. For starters me and a brand new staff member arrived at the same time at the restaurant.

Oh... how I know it was a brand new employee..... Because the manager was so loud and unruly that she forgot customers in the restaurant was present. She also stated that no one shows to work and nobody likes this job at that particular restaurant.....all while clocking in the new employee. Smh

The manager ( which was on her phone) clocked the staff member in and never acknowledged me or asked if anyone took my order. So I waited another 10 mins and she came back (on the phone) and asked if anybody took my order......I responded no. She then proceed to go outside like I never said anything.

After that, the drive through employee then decided to take my order after seeing me standing for 20 mins. In the middle of me giving my order to the drive thru employee...the manager came back yelling I THOUGHT U SAID NO ONE TOOK MY ORDER. I told her no again, I never said that. And then she then proceeded to imply that i was lying and making false statements. She embrassed me in front of the entire store.

PLEASE. If anybody read this.... do not go to this restaurant. The manger does not care about you or your food.

This place just needs to shut down. It’s awful. I have issues almost every time I go, but because I like BK… I continue to go. Not after today. I ordered on the app and selected to pick it up in the drive-thru. I get to the speaker and was told I’d have to come in to pick it up. They tell me this EVERY TIME I DO THIS. Why have it as an option if you can’t follow through with it? Even McDonald’s does well with drive thru and curbside pick up.

The little girl at the window was very rude and cussing at me. I don’t appreciate it at all.

They blamed it on management. I don’t care who is to blame, get it together or leave Pinson.
