The new building looks good. The food is prepared with professional effort and cleanliness. The employees are well trained and very nice and helpful. This restaurant obviously has good and proper management. I've enjoyed Jack's ever since their hamburgers were 15 cents

I enjoyed my breakfast at Jacks in Pinson. They had a line in drive thru to the street but they moved fast . The order taker could use a little more people skills like actually greet each person with a hello instead of asking what we wanted to order and tell us the total of our order at the window will be Great. The guy that passed me my food was nice also.

This restaurant is delicious! That's what we've come to expect from Jack's family restaurant though. I got a chicken biscuit and hash brown, which was cooked to perfection. The hash browns were fresh and crispy, the chicken was tender and juicy, and my biscuit was buttery and soft. Their service was extremely fast, and accurate. The lady who serve me my food welcomed me with a comforting Southern greeting that reminded me of my favorite aunt.

Usually good, but tonight, the manager was fussing the entire time about her awful trainees. This was in front of customers and the employees. Using vulgarity and cussing at them. No wonder she only has trainees in there. I came in to get milk shakes for my family after my sons baseball game and was disappointed, to say the least to least. Added pic of her as we were walking out the door. If I was to have said anything there would have deffinantly been spit in a milkshake tonight.

The customer service really really terrible at nite. Not sure if these young people want to work or just holding down a spot. Companies need to be more careful about who their hiring and really pay attention when interviewing certain candidates

Cashier would not pay attention to us ordering made us repeat 5 times what our order was. Acted like she had some place better to be. Didn't give us what we asked for. Got mad at us when we went back to the counter to get condiments we asked for when we ordered. Everyone has bad days sometimes.

Always slow. Breakfast meat is undercooked. They brown one side of the sausage patty, the bacon looks like it’s been microwaved. The burgers are sloppily put together. Staff could be more friendly.

I like Jack's esp in the morn . I went in for a late lunch and had good experience. The young man on front was plrasant and the manager was amazing!! My fries hot and burger fresh but meat not hot. My meal overall was delicious and did what it needed to to do. Curb my burger fix!!
