Absolutely horrible service and this comes from the service I couldn’t get for yesterday and today. Yesterday I sat at the speaker while no other customers were present. No one answered but when I drove around to go somewhere else a worker was hanging out the drive thru window just relaxing. This was around 4:30pm. Today I went to the drive thru and asked for a cookie tote since they had signs for no ice cream (that’s not new). The girl said “We don’t have cookies”. I then asked what do they have and she replied “nothing”. There was a time McDonald’s use to train their employees. Now they’re just hiring whoever applies. I’m so over Ghetto McDonald’s!

The coffee machine has been down for going on a decade. The morning crew is wonderful but the evening “kids crew” not so much. It’s been clean the times Iv went inside.

Sat in line for 20minutes only 1 car was moving at a time. 2 young girls to came outside and stood on the curb for a couple minutes with a cone but not saying anything, all of a sudden all the cars in front of us started moving through I asked what was happening she said we're closed. It was 952pm we waited and wasted all that time in line. The professional thing to do was clear the line first, especially since we were waiting in line for so long! Google said closing time was 11pm it was 8 minutes before 10p as we were directed out.

I ordered a big mack. The meat was so thin I couldn't taste it. The Overwhelming taste of tartar sauce & lettuce. Not just this store but several have really gone down a lot since COVID started.

I visited this location for breakfast before playing golf Sunday. We placed our order,filled our drinks and waited for food. Once we had our order we proceeded to find a table to sit. Which there were many ,but EVERY table in the whole dining room was nasty. There was food in the window seals and all over the floor. We went to our car and noticed there was more trash around the trash can than in the can.

The customer service is HORRIBLE! Especially on today. I was asked to pull around from the drive thru & waited for 13 minutes before I finally got out of the car to see had they forgotten about me. When I went in I noticed several customers who came after me receiving their orders. I only had 2 cheeseburgers and 2 fries. After asking to speak with a manager who was actually present and working the front her EXCUSE was that it wasn’t her store and she was just filling in.. REGARDLESS you are there to MANAGE & the 1st problem I see is that all of the teen workers had their AirPods in their ears on COMPANY TIME.. It STARTS with MANAGEMENT. If the management doesn’t care the employees won’t care.. DO BETTER!!!
