Food Giant in Pinson, AL. is great. Great place to shop and work. This store was my first job, I worked there from 2013 - 2018. The employees are friendly and helpful. Always willing to help the community. The prices are a bit higher compared to Walmart, but at Walmart you have to shop and check yourself out - Really paying for the convenience.

If I could I would give this store 0 stars. Last time I’ve went into this store it was mold everywhere inside of the fruits and onions. the food is always out dated. They had chips on the shelves from 2021, which lets me know that they aren’t restocking the products just adding onto the shelves. I get home and realize I picked up old popsicles and mold strawberry’s. Please be careful when you’re buying groceries from here.

There is this check-out lady and her name is Linda.. She is so sweet. I was having a bad day and just talking to her for a brief minute, she made me forget about my day.. I hope you go through her line.

In the Deli most of the food is good most of the time. The Deli staff is professional, but few are personable. There are exceptions, like TINA, who works very hard to ensure quality and professionalism. She is such a sweet Lady! My only disappointment is that most of them aren't that generous with their serving sizes, portions for the prices being charged. Other than that, this is my store of choice for the warm staff, sweet cashiers and excellent deals on their weekly ads.

My only complaints are that so many things are extremely high, and the deli is subpar.
They have great sales all the time. If you go early in the mornings you can catch amazing deals on meat. Their produce is always good. I've literally been shopping here for over 30 years. The staff is the best. Honest review ????
