I've never had better customer service at a fast food business. A quiet lunch followed. Customer service that is second to none. Thank you very much.

After we said no to having lids on our small frosties, we spilled one on the floor. As I picked up the remains, the counter staff came out with a replacement without us asking. Best Customer Service at any fast food restaurant I've experienced. Peaceful lunch followed. Demonstrated Top Customer Service. Thank you.

Went through Wendy's in Pell City! Ordered #10 chicken combo. Lettuce on sandwich is so brown, it's actually darker than the bun!!! 12.00 dollars worth of food thrown away!!! ???????? Wendy's is becoming worse than McDonalds but yet PRICE keeps going up and now you are AUTOMATICALLY charged for large drink/order instead of normal sized!!

Ordered on the app and pulled up 35 minutes before closing. They said “register was down”, and then when I pulled up to the window they went and hid in the back. So I just couldn’t get my mobile order, and had to go to Arby’s next door.

Closed at 10pm Sunday 11/27/22 and 11/30/22 because they are short staffed. Allow the change in hours via Google!

Hours state they close at midnight. After ordering at 1103pm on 11/8/22. They turned off all the outdoor lights. Did this 2 weeks ago and never acknowledged people coming to the speaker. 4 cars literally went next door to Arby's. Tried to edit Google times and the owner declined the changed.

I went to Wendy's with no options left and they did have pretty decent deals on the meals and it was good not to bad. One thing that I was more concerned about was bout the hygiene at this place. We had to dine and the table were dirty they were not wiped buy the person who ate before not the associate at the store cleaned it. This place has 1/4th area of the dine area hard floor that's were u get ur meal and the remaining 3/4th is carpet. Which is really dirty I would highly recommend to have it cleaned as it would create more hygiene for people to dine there. I know we are more concerned about the food we eat but the hygiene of the place were you eat also matters.

Maybe next time when I go I would not dine there that's for sure.

Very incompetent workers, serving one car at a time and still can’t get it right. No sauces in the bag, given the wrong drink, and no straw.

Burgers were cool, and so were the fries. I certainly would have appreciated a hot meal.
