If you’re going to open at 6:am, you should also have cashiers and registers open at 6:am! I had to self checkout at 7:30 with around $300 in my buggy. I don’t mind self checkout with a few items, but not an entire buggy of items!

So my son went to do a pick up order. No one would answer the phone so he walked in and spoke to who turned out to be the manager. He wait over an Hr before I called and spoke to someone to get him checked in. 30 mins later he left. When I spoke to the so called manager, he is going to tell me the he is the one that checked him in at the door only 30 mins ago when that was me in the phone doing. First he didn't do his job then lied. Your a grown man. Take responsibility. Manager Brian. Hopefully someone that can do there job looks at the cameras and sees what happened. Bay 10. 5pm. Watch when he walked up and how long he sat there. It's sad this is acceptable. But hey corporate America at it's finest

I received a pick up order tonight during their busy time. Alan was so helpful, polite, ect! Not only did he get all my groceries out to my car he also was just so nice. He definitely made up for the delay with his personality. He apologized numerous times, even though it wasn’t his fault we all came at one time lol. Alan is a phenomenal employee!

???? A long time ago, in a mart not so far away, the journey to the Pell City Walmart began. As I ventured through the automatic doors, a galaxy of goods unfolded before me. The Force of convenience was strong within these walls.

???? The shelves were lined with treasures from every corner of the cosmos. From fresh produce to intergalactic gadgets, the Walmart of Pell City catered to every need. As I strolled down the aisles, I felt like a Jedi navigating through the stars.

???? The checkout lines moved at warp speed, thanks to the efficient staff who worked like droids programmed for precision. And when I encountered a question, the associates were like wise old Obi-Wan, guiding me with knowledge and grace.

????️ Amidst the shopping, I discovered a galaxy of deals and discounts, as if the stars themselves had aligned to bring me savings. The experience was as epic as the opening crawl of a Star Wars film.

???? So, if you're in search of a shopping adventure that's out of this world, look no further than the Pell City Walmart. Like a starship navigating the cosmos, this mart will take you on a journey you won't soon forget. May the shopping Force be with you! ????????????

Very clean, very organized. Store has definitely improved in these areas! Glad to see it. Plenty of registers were open, and all self checkout register were operational. Good job Walmart!

This Walmart is bottom of the barrel. I've been in and shopped for myself as well as used the pickup. When I went in the store was dirty and it seemed as though the Walmart personal shoppers were everywhere, everytime I turned around there they were. Which is ironic, considering everytime I've used the pickup option the time I am given to pick my order up is NEVER the time I am able to pick up my order. I have waited over an hour and a half several times. I no longer use this option for this very reason. Forcing me to go inside a dirty store and deal with the shoppers being underfoot and in the way blocking the aisles and acting as though they are the only people that mater.
I use ANY other store every chance I get, even if I have to spend a little more money. IT IS COMPLETELY WORTH IT

It's a Super Wal-Mart with a Garden Center, Automotive Center, Pharmacy, and Grocery.
Typically, this location appears somewhat understaffed, as there is regularly a lot of stock on pallets stuck in the isles that remains shrinkwrapped for days sometimes. I've had to cut open pallets myself to get items out of stock from them.
Grocery Dept. overall is severely understocked...with entire sections of freezer and fridges empty, and some sections of shelving looks like it was raided after an apocalypse, with bare shelves, and a few scattered remnants of torn packaging and product here and there.

If handicapped, they do have a few new powered carts available but not many. Can be hard to get one.

Time was 10:40pm on Saturday April 22cd 2023 and I needed some last minute items for my son and I showed up and was relieved I had 20 mins to get what I needed and I was told they were closed and I wasn’t allowed to come in and doors were locked when I know they don’t close til 11. Corporate needs to step in and tell these stores when it’s posted that they close at 11 they shouldn’t be allowed to deny people in 20 mins til. I was a assistant manager t Lowe’s Home Improvement and we were not allowed to close the doors or last register until the minute or second to the time the store closing posted. Fix this or I’ll continue to post reviews and emails to corporate
