Honestly no complaints. It was simple. Easy atmosphere. Not the newest place but it had a nice feel to it. Like a smokey and the bandit movie vibe. The service was great. Our waitress was amazing. Prices are great. Will be coming back to try more items

Stopped in for lunch hoping to have just a classic southern barbecue meal. Ordered the brisket meal for around 13.99. Which I was happy to pay expecting some hot/fresh brisket. The brisket did not appear fresh and was mediocre. Great mac n cheese and sweet tea. Ordered a baked potato as my other side which was not bad. Overall good service and great sweet tea but I was disappointed with the brisket. I came in after the lunch hours (around 2 pm) maybe that had something to do with it.

I most likely won’t go again. Not because it was a terrible experience but because when I want bbq I want the good stuff & there’s a lot of good places in Alabama. It was a Sunday and so a lot of places weren’t open. Thanks for the experience anyways!

Wow!!! What great Bar-B-Que! The haystack app was simply amazing! And our meals were so large we couldn't finish so we had lunch for the next day! We loved this spot! Will def be back!

First experience there was A+! A little slow to get my food but they were completely blown away! Well worth the wait and the staff were all friendly, and very good at their positions! Will definitely be back!

Loaded fries were exceptional!! And, being an RN for over 30 years, I'm a major germ freak, so when I walk into a bathroom and smell the smell of Clorox that has been used in both toilets and sinks, I love it!!
Thanks for being the whole package!!

The service was excellent and our food came quickly. Thr fried green tomatoes were very good. It was an enjoyable meal except for the chocolate pie. It was not good at all and I wish I had sent it back. Overall a very positive experience but for $4.99 a slice I expected more from the pie. I left half of it uneaten.

Hats off to the staff and Management team.The AC is not working but they seemed to not allow. It to stop them from hard work,great quality, and prompt services. PLEASE GET THE AIR FIXED ASAP! YOUR EMPLOYEES DESERVE IT!!

I knew I wanted a hamburger steak before I arrived. I ordered a small, steak, baked potato, and vinegar coleslaw. I came with BBQ bread.
The steak, a small, was plenty big, at least 8 ounces, cooked perfectly. The potato was perfectly heated, and the butter softened so it was easy to incorporate into the potato. The coleslaw was wonderful. All in all, the best experience I've had in a restaurant in a very long time.
