The food is good and service is excellent. Drive thru is pretty slow and prices are a bit high. I’ve noticed the cool wrap has gotten steadily smaller. I guess every business’s value has gone down.

I love Chick-fil-A! This is a decent location! Usually has average- above average food for the fast food chains! We visit when we come in town!! Great milkshakes! Polite staff!

drive thru large fries , diet lemonade, lemonade was perfect . fries were so greasy and limp they promptly went in the trash. I’m not sure what’s up with the fries second location i’ve had this problem with. i guess chick fil a isn’t what it used to be. Done with it.

Quick stop in Pell City. Ordered on their app for pick up. I highly recommend using their app. Always faster than drive thru. Everything was great! Chick-fil-A has yet to let us down.

Today, at this Pell City location, being an hour away from home, I realized I left my wallet at home. The girl in the drive thru showed complete kindness today and paid for my childs food. She was such a blessing and I can't express how thankful and greatful I am. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Pull in drive thru at Pell City AL branch. It would have been okay to order from speaker but had three people in our lane to take orders. The employees were having an issue with fitting the belt of the ordering machine on one of them. Ignored us to work on the belt. Did not even acknowledge us or say just a minute. Finally just drive off. Worst experience at a Chick-fil-A EVER!!!!!!

They have fresh food they have good attitudes they're very polite. I cannot say nothing bad about Chick-fil-A besides one thing. They Don't make expressoes. Otherwise I would leave McDonald's alone and go straight to chick fil A which I love to anyways and get my medium or large chocolate milkshake with 2. Shots of expresso makes inside of it.

We were going to waffle House for breakfast, but we thought we would stop at Chick-fil-A and get some biscuits as Waffle House biscuits are not very good. The biscuits we got were very small, dry and expensive.
Very disappointing. Not the same Chick-fil-A here lately.
