Went to buy mulch at the 5 for $10 sale today. The sale sign was in front of a large pallet of the wrong mulch. The one that was on sale had a large sign saying the full price. Yet another pile had no sign at all! After loading up a heavy cart, customer service refused to correct the situation. I left with nothing. Rude is an understatement.

I had such a wonderful lady to help me when I went in to purchase a few things. I guess she seen me looking kinda lost and she came up to me and ask if she could help anything and I said,Oh yes please do. Her name was Crystal. She took me straight to every section that I needed to finish getting what I needed. Her friendliness and smile stayed with me the whole day. I will definitely be back and I'm looking for Crystal to help me in whatever I need to get the job done. Bravo Home Depot I give yall a 10 if I could but I give a 5 star across the board. Thank s again Crystal. Great customer service.

Was in a little bit of bind and needed help. Out of thin air this Roger guy appears and gets the whole thing sorted in record time. Great customer service for sure. Can't imagine shopping at somewhere like Lowe's after that.

If I go to what I call a man's store. I want it to be a Home Depot. Everyone I have been to the employees are great. They are friendly and polite. On this visit a male worker told me where to find what I was looking for with good instructions. It wasn't long after that he came to check on me and help me decide which one I needed. I was at the self check out but the lady helper was there if needed. She was friendly and funny.

We are in HD atleast 4 times a week. The one in Pell City is horrible about closing the aisles and leaving them closed after they are done.
The parking lot is a nightmare. This is a lumber store most of all and people drive trucks and most have trailers. The parking spaces are WAY to close and the stupid pro parking post prevent bigger trucks from being able to pull through instead of having to back out and do a 3 point turn because they are so tight.

I will never order purchase and step my foot ever again in this place costumer service are the worst everytime i called about the shipping of my order, one they cant find it,they cant reahedule it and they cant be there on the time im available to recieved,i have never seen and knows costumer service this bad it was definitely regret,i will return washer and dryer and closed this account

We come up here weekly for work supplies and ran into the Assistant Manger Ms. Danielle. Which I wanted to say she was a very helpful and sweet while we needed assistance.

I worked at this Home Depot and the way management and supervisors treat the associates is horrible and degrading and if you speak up for yourself you get bullied and harassed and the saddest thing is apparently the company promotes this behavior from supervisors and management

Update on this company after being wrongfully terminated from my job at this store being denied printouts of my time sheet and a copy of my reason for termination my last pay check was edited by a manager named Roger and 40 plus hours short

Update
After speaking with other associates I'm still in contact with at this store it has come to my attention that after being told by HR that they have updated the drug test policy for the company and they are having to test equipment operaors I learned that only 3 associates were tested over alligations made by a supervisor saying she overheard a conversation about us supposedly getting high this happened shortly after i took a drug test that was put in the trash because I was told my previous test was still in the system and valid not long after I was made to take another drug test and was told that it was because of the new policy for the company I took the test and somehow tested positive for THC after being terminated I called HR about my last check to make sure a time slip I turned in was going to be on it I was told that the same manager that I was terminated by would have to look into it I thin ask what happened to the information she told me was still valid I was told she didn't know what happened to it that it was missing the day she was going to send it to corporate so she went to the same member of management that terminated me and he was the one that ordered the test so I ask her why I was told it was new company policy when I was made to submit the second one she said that was the reason so my question is was it company policy or a manager that has harassed me several times after transferring to the Pell City store over accusations made by the supervisor that accused me and 3 other associates of doing drugs I wonder if they sleep good at night knowing what they did to someone just trying to make a living
