Decided to stop here and pick up some steaks instead of going out of my way to go to Publix. The steaks looked good in the package but were tough and chewy even though I only cooked them to medium rare. Publix steaks never disappoint. I'll go out of my way from now on.

A bit of nostalgia to visit a place I haven't been in over a decade. Things were fine until it was time to check out. The cashier let two men come in her closed line, so my mother and I assumed she was open. She literally told one of the men to pull the rope up after him- while we were standing right there. She had minutes before she was supposed to clock out, but chose to spend her time being extra slow.

If your lane is closing, be closed. DO NOT allow ANY new people to come to your line, because that can create confusion. We had to get out of line and go to a new one and wait longer. Things could have definitely been handled differently. Other than that, she seemed to have a pleasant attitude and so did the cashier that ended up helping us.

Would give 0 stars if I could, this store is always dirty, the cashiers especially the young ones at night are always rude and unhelpful and on their phones. Wish I could say it was only once or twice. But its every time. I live 5 min away from it and I will drive 10 and pay more anywhere else to avoid going there.

Always 100% This store is one of my best stores. Fact of the day. Did you know that a seafood dept in a grocery store is considered a wooden horse. They only have them to make us happy and to hv that rank, pride ambiance . I have to add this though. I started out at Winn Dixie In the meat and seafood dept. Jerry the regional manager along with meat manager and the store manager came up to me and stated look do you know what this says. Up 120% I said (wondering if I had stock in this company) (just kidding) Jerry said in the 25yrs he worked for Winn Dixie he has never seen anything like this sure maybe 20 or 30% but nothing close to 120%. People if your reading this . If your happy doing your job it will show be patient. God Bless us all.

Ordered a Birthday cake and when I went to purchase it on the day of said Birthday, no one has any idea that an order had been placed. Instead of talking to me, the assistant manager went in to her office with no instructions to wait or anything. I left and decided it was not meant to be purchased. Thought I'd share this as a warning to verify your order the morning of or night before. #lessonlearned
