Blown away by the quality and the atmosphere of this place. Located on a vibrant block near the riverfront, Central is beautifully decorated to create a cozy and upscale vibe, further enhanced by the amazing service.

The menu has a ton of variety and every dish we tried was a true flavor bomb. The filet Mignon was one of the best cuts of meat I’ve had in a long time

That was the most amazing food that i ever had!! lamb was perfectly cooked and taste was much more amazing with the combination woth the sauce and the sides!!!
oh and almond cheesecake!!! it was amazing!! u can get coconut flavor in it, sweet but light!! All respects to the chef!! And our waiter Taeman was fantastic too! I listened his recommendation and you guys definitely should listen him too!! Thank you guys!!????????????????????????????????????????

Celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary in one of the private rooms. We had a great time the food was excellent and the atmosphere was elegant. The only complaint I had was that the carpet should have been cleaner and chair covers should have been included because the chairs were worn and some were stained. Great experience overall :)

This was my first time dining here. Nice atmosphere, the server was amazing, but I did not feel the quality of the food justified the price. My steak was way over cooked and there was nothing mind blowing about it. The fries, were probably some of the best I’ve ever eaten and 2 out of my three martinis were delicious. I ate my food without complaint, however there was nothing to encourage me to give the restaurant a second try.

Beautiful location, very rustic chic, in downtown Montgomery. Parking can be a nightmare so wear comfy shoes or plan to have someone take you to the door. New menu launched recently per our server. I'll say everything needs a little more salt, garlic, or seasoning for a deeper flavor profile. The green curry mussels were okay. Curry was very very mild and the mussels were almost over. The blueberry bleu cheese on the wedge salad would be better suited for a spinach salad with lardons, roasted tomatoe, and spiced pecans. The peach and tomato salad was the best thing on the menu, unique and unexpected! Pork osso bucco with Dr. Pepper glaze needed to braise a bit longer. It wasn't falling off the bone as expected.

The food was amazing! We will definitely be back! I wish I would had gotten the name of our waiter to add to this review to brag on him but he went beyond GREAT service. Made sure we had everything to our liking, even taking photos for us! To add he told us we wouldn’t regret getting the steaks and BOY WAS HE RIGHT! Can’t wait to come back soon.

Great atmosphere with terrific food and service. Kiki our server was like going out with your best friend-she was on top of things and made great recommendations. Cocktails were great and we liked the wine selection, but this is really a cocktail or beer haus. We went for sides and a salad for our meal as lunch had been big. Potatoes bravas and brussel sprouts were our favorites, but the grits were also amazing. We had vindaloo ravioli as a shared entree and was delicious and spicy ???? as advertised. Dessert like the mile high pie were also special.

My wife and I love to try new places. We made reservations at Central to celebrate her birthday and a late Valentine's Day. We arrived at our reservation time and were promptly seated. Our server was Laura. She was very friendly and helped us with selections of wine, appetizers, entrees, and dessert. She was excellent in helping us decide.

The pimento cheese / flatbread appetizer was great. Very healthly portions of pimento cheese and it was like I had never had. It had incredible, bold flavor. My wife had the short ribs and I had the New York strip. This was all complimented with wedge sald that had a wonderful dressing. The short ribs were melt in your mouth and over a bed of tasty grits. The strip was a perfect medium and one of the best I have had. It was over a bed of cheese mashed potatoes. For dessert we had the chocolate marquise and it was sweet and delectable.

The restaurant atmosphere was warm and rustic. The server was great. The meal was one of the best I have ever had. It certainly is a special occasion restaurant for us but we will be back. The menu will change in March so we will be back to try more items very soon!
