I was heading inside to shop and the security guard said I could not have a book bag inside the store. I was told to leave my one strap small shoulder bag in my car or with a stranger upfront. I will not go without my purse. I have been shopping since the store opened. This is wrong.

Clean, lots of options, open lanes, and friendly greeting coming in and going out. Small things really do matter. That's the fastest way to get repeat customers.

My purse went missing while I was putting my groceries in my car. I went and asked to w manager could he role the cameras back for me so I could see if anyone was at my car. The manager got real rude and disrespectful and said they do t have cameras. If my purse was taken then oh well it’s just lost. I remain calm and then he goes to say don’t be coming around here accusing nobody when I never not once mentioned any one I just wanted to see the tape.

Found turnip greens here that was the plus at this location! While it wasn't many it completeled my mission.. The attitude of the cashier was rude and condescending. I don't normally shop here, so maybe my expectations were too high. Happy to have found the products I needed, but the customer service could definitely be improved.

This store is not like the other Piggly Wiggly(s) (PW) I've frequented. The store always has a smell and areas unkempt. The produce and meat areas were decent. On this day, the juice area was mostly empty. The frozen food bin was sparse and the items in it were close to expiration. Some of the stand up refrigerators are never working. IMO, management should step up in providing more of a positive, clean grocery store experience for this west Montgomery establishment and/or emulate other PW set ups and their order of operations.

They have good prices, plentifully amounts of foods. People are friendly and will speak to you first, one staff member greeted me at the same time I was greeting her. Every staff member I passed greeted me with a smile. The floor is in a very need of repair. I Walk with a cane, it is very easy to fall.
