They messed my order up before I ever even got to pay. They fixed it and rang it up right. Then got to the next window and I had asked for iced lattes. Instead they gave me hot lattes. I asked them to fix it and they poured some ice in a cup and dumped the latte over it. We ended up with warm watered down lattes. Our food was also cold and there was a black hair in my food. Terrible experience today compared to the usual crew during the week.

The cashier was very nice about replacing my food from the night before. They were hard and not fresh. So i went back to the store. She got the manager and they worked it out immediately.

This is one of the best McDonalds I've been to. I don't give it 5 stars just because of the lack of childlike atmosphere. This is happening at all of the McDonalds now. That was the one thing that made this restaurant what it was in the he beginning. Fond memories in my childhood and the reason so many kids convinced their parents of it being the place to go. Parents loved it for the same reasons of seeing their children enjoy themselves.

I stopped by McDonald's tonight on my way home. McDonald's can be hit or miss and that depends on the employees that are working the shift. Tonight was perfect. I ordered the 10 piece chicken nugget meal with fries and coke to drink. The meal was freshly cooked and spot on. Nuggets were hot and when I opened the box I could smell the nuggets. Fries were hot to the touch and perfectly cooked. Even the Coca cola was perfect. Not tasting flat but bubbly good. I give this meal 5 thumbs up. ????????????????????

I ordered the two cheeseburgers combo on my way to work. The female child at the first window wasn’t pleasant at all. Attitude was horrible. All of my food was cold and my tea tasted like trash. Definitely won’t stop there again.

Long drive thru line. Very slow. At one point, both lines were at a standstill. When I finally reached the window, I had to pull into reserved parking spot and wait 5 more minutes. All toll, I think it was 20-25 minutes to get my food.

Of course, the order was incorrect. I went back inside to have it corrected and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before my presence was acknowledged and the order fixed. Maybe it was just a bad day. Or, maybe it's like this all the time. Either way, they need to do a better job across the board. Customer service. Punctuality. Effort. Not impressed.

Most McDonald's have an I don't care attitude. But this location has a great attitude. Clean. Happy to service you. BEST MCDONALD'S I HAVE BEEN TO IN A VERY LONG TIME

Ordered a Quarter pounder with cheese and they gave me a meat patty with cheese. Nothing else. What kind of people are working here that can't make a burger. Need a picture book of instructions. also they NEVER answer the phone
