We went through drive thru, went to the first lane to order and a tiny sign on the screen says permanently closed, went to 2nd entrance and we could hear the order taker give the truck in front of us a hard time. Then we ordered 2 cheese burgers and she told us to pull around, we weren't done! She didn't even ask if we wanted anything else. We placed the rest of our order, and sat there for 10 to 15 minutes without moving. We were extremely hungry but had to leave without our food to get on the road again. Extremely disappointed in this Burger King.

At 4:30 in the afternoon the doors to the restaurant are locked shut. One employee across the restaurant yells "go through the drive- thru". I said, "I don't have a car. I walked over from Loves Travel Center." I was still told to go through the drive thru. ????

Stopped to grab a bite to eat, and the dine in is closed. Drive through only. I can't fit semi in their drive-through. Asked politely and got turned away. Just don't come here. They don't care for truckers.

For the Night Shift of April 29 2023 at 8:17 pm my burger was very neatly made and I loved that because it’s not messy at all my cheese sticks were a lil under done but it was fine good job!!

Average, but my dog loves the double cheeseburgers ????.
This is an add in from another visit. I ordered cheese sticks and what they gave me was so old the white cheese inside was a burnt orange and it broke like a stick. I did return it and the manager tried to make it right but this could have killed someone if they ate it.

Stopped here during work. Ended up waiting over half an hour because they didn't get my order right and never even gave me the food they thought I ordered. When I confronted them about the wait time all they said was "oh I thought you ordered such and such"

I was very sweet, i explained, yet, ....
I was CUSSED OUT by about 5 urban workers, because I had an order that was incomplete...soo they cussed me an acted irrational an irratic until I just left, ....
Very sad... never got a receipt, then called, was told come back, an was treated insainly,....
Do not go here. Kind of like a prison BK..

The customer service is horrible. They drowned my fries with salt and the Sprite tasted like water. The staff just need to go home if they don’t want to work.
