Great service. Quick service. Awesome dining experience. Parking is ample... just be extra careful going across the parking lot. Drive thru is easy to navigate. Clean and welcoming environment.

Employees are often rude, restaurant is often closed when it should be open.

Something they should learn:

Terrible service in the driver thru on 5/21/23. Didn't receive what we ordered & paid for. I questioned it & was rudely told the order was correct. We started to drive off & saw that it wasn't correct. Backed up & the cashier at the drive thru wouldn't even come to the window. Another worker came to the window & asked what was wrong. She was obviously fed up & had a bad attitude. A third employee came to the window & apologized for them. I take my daughter almost weekly. I'll be driving further to take her elsewhere.

Please for the love of God, have an adult take orders in the drive through. Friendly but , Poor listening skills, missing items, no sauce. Pleas ask the costumer if they need any condiments before the leave. Thanks.

Their ice cream cakes are a family favorite! Seems like there is some sort of issue with ordering online to pick up in store. Both times I've tried ordering several days ahead, our cakes weren't ready when we went to pick them up.

Was a busy night! The drive thru was almost out of the parking lot. So we decided to go in. Took over 10 minutes for one blizzard. Probably would have been faster if we waited in the drive thru. But the staff was hustling.

Love this particular DQ, it's on the newer side and never has a really long line. My dog loves coming here to order a free pup cup any time he has a bad day or has to go to the vet and get shots or just because. The drive thru line moves pretty fast and the interior store seems clean and well maintained for a DQ. They also have picnic chairs and tables outside on the covered patio if up want to sit al fresco.

I live in Athens, and unfortunately our DQ closed down but we went to DQ on County Ln Rd and it was amazing!! The food was hot & fresh, the cashier was so helpful and had us taken care of in no time and fast service. I definitely would recommend this location ❤️
