It was not a nice visit. This Wendy’s has been bad and leading to worse now. Out of menu items and hour wait for certain foods. Would not let you use drive through, drink machine broke. Horrible management. Two people up front doing the best they can just to keep orders going while in the back is a lack of any urgency. They need help and need some retraining. Might want to send maintenance to fix almost everything. Won’t go back there. Probably will stay away from Wendy’s for a while. Room was full of people and the cook was not wearing a hair net

We waited 20 minutes before going to check on our order. Our friends that we were eating with had already got their food and almost finished before we checked. They had lost our order. No attempt was made to rectify the order. I will say that at least when we brought the missing food up to the guy that took the order, he did apologize and said he lost the order. Our food was ready in less than 5 minutes. We changed it from dine in to to go.

This is quite possibly the slowest Wendy's I've ever been too. The cashiers have no idea how to work the computers and are incredibly slow. It seems to take 2 people to work one register and one of them was also trying to make good, slowing everything down. It took 20 minutes to order with only 2 people in line. They had multiple people come inside from the drive through complaining that they were told to park and never got their food. Y'all need to get it together and train your employees better.

Young guy at the counter was very nice and professional. I only had a salad and it was fine Only complaint I have is that whatever they use to clean the floors made them extremely slick even when dry, and I was wearing steel toe work boots. But other than that, a decent experience.

This is the absolute worst Wendy’s. There were about 5 people working when i went through the drive thru. All i ordered was a plain $2 chicken sandwich and a plain baked potato. They told me to pull forward and i went inside after 30 min of waiting… they had forgot my food and then the poor cashier went to grab the baked potato they sat out for me and they didn’t even cook it… there were 5 people but this cashier was the ONLY one working.. he was checking people out, making food orders, and cooking.. i felt so sorry for him. This man needs a raise. White man with a tattoo on his neck/behind ear area. Looked to be in his 20s.

I should've read the reviews before wasting my time at this location. I always go the ones in Huntsville and have never had a bad experience. Came through this location this afternoon and it was horrible. They were out of salads, baked potatoes, frosties, and evety flavor drink you can think. I honestly think they're just a bunch of rude and immature high school kids that can't be bothered with it all and are all too lazy to cook. The two females at the window were rude and clearly to lazy to fix drinks so I asked for a refund on a $20 order. Sad that this place has turned into such a dump.

Waited for awhile at the drive thru window. Maybe they were short staffed. Gave me the wrong burger after asking me what I had ordered at the window. The food tasted pretty good overall. I'd rate this experience a 6 out of 10.

Ordered a triple burger and got home to find out they made it with a bunch of old junior size Pattie’s instead of the 1/4 lb ones. They could have asked me to wait a few minutes to grill the meat but decided to give me a dry burger. Nice staff but poor quality of service. Two stars because the fries and chicken sandwich were fresh this time.
