This grocery store is super clean. Staff is always friendly. It's a little pricey but sometimes you can find some really good deals. The bakery is AMAZING. Best place for birthday cakes.

Publix is your more upscale store. Customer service is excellent. Store is always clean. Everything in stock. The ATM out front has no surcharge for most banks. Use the app and coupons to save money. This is my go to store when I need one stop to get everything for a meal!

nice store but would be better if the employees weren't constantly standing around chit chatting - better yet this location would be more appealing with self checkout. i will often choose another store or publix location just bc there is no self checkout here. the small talk is just not for me, and not a fan of waiting for employees to finish personal convos before they will start ringing up your items.

I have shopped at this Publix several times since moving to Madison since its close to my neighborhood. Publix is new to me so I thought I'd give it a try. This store is always clean and organized. I don't think I've ever waited too long in the check out lines. My favorite part of going to this Publix is walking in and seeing all the beautiful, healthy plants in the flower section. Then experiencing all the delightful pastries. I love the fresh cut fruit section. Oh, and the deli! The blessed deli always has something to please. I've purchased at the deli for a quick lunch grab and not been too disappointed. My daughter does says to tell you all to stay away from the fried okra. (blah!) I cannot wrap up my review without mentioning that the staff (especially in the deli) are very polite and welcoming. I recommend! (4 stars only because of the okra)

Super clean with plenty of cashiers. I just wish there were a few self checkout stations. I bring my own reusable bag, but the baggers can never fit it all back in without sending me home with plastic. It's nice that they employ so many people up front, though.

I love the fresh vegetables there every time I go. Excellent service, the store is always clean. 10 stars.

I'm only giving five stars because I figure it will not let me leave a review unless I do give five stars. I never have any problems at publix. Normally the workers and managers seem to bend over backwards to please you. For many years I wondered why people would spend that extra money at Publix but when I started shopping at Publix I understood why. It's a different experience than you get at walmart. It's more courteous and more professional. However today I ran into a problem I thought I would never run into it publix. The girl could not get the cigarette case to open. She said she did not have a key. I asked her was there not a manager that had a key and she told me no. There's got to be someone in the store that had a key. She just did not feel like calling someone up there to help her because there were people behind me and she was trying to get rid of me so she could get to those other people. I will not ever shop at this Publix again. I will stick to my normal publix.
