Usually this location never disappoints. But, I guess going on a Sunday afternoon meant I wanted stale chalupas. Our chalupa shells were VERY hard and stale. These shells had to be 2 days old and not made today. I spent $17 for my Baja blast and cheese roll up I guess. Customer service is always on point though.

Don’t go to this Taco Bell unless you want to be ripped off. Got a regular beef taco full of lettuce and a teaspoon of beef and when I call to the store they ignore the phone calls. I spend 40 dollars and only got $10 worth of food. Hate this store

The best Taco Bell I have been too. I also order through the app so my food is ready when I get there for lunch. Food is always much higher quality than the Taco Bell close to my home address. I love coming here and being greeted everytime by the friendly workers.

I don't normally post reviews about fast food restaurants but Taco Bell on Madison Blvd did a great job today! From the excellent service by Brandy C at the drive through window to the delicious, hot, FULL taco supremes I just received, this place should be commended. Great service & food!

Went to try the new cheesy shredded beef dipping tacos,even went to the extent of calling before to make sure they had it before coming,and when we get there they give me two ground beef tacos with melted cheese.When we call them to let them know they said their manager told them to not say anything and just substitute with ground beef! But I still got charged the price for the other taco.

The lady working the window this evening is truly one of the best I've seen operate a window and take orders at the same time. I am not easily impressed but tonight I knew I needed to take a moment and add a review for this location. The food was also great. Thank you all so much for running an awesome operation.

My family has been here several times and the food is always fast, accurate and tasty. We always go thru the drive thru so can't say what it's like inside. I would recommend.

Drive-thru... the chicken quesadilla was cold, and the shredded cheese wasn't melted. One triangle had no chicken at all, one had 1 piece, and the prefer 2 had 2. My taco had melted cheese( weird) and almost no chicken, and but really any lettuce either. I'm giving them a 3 out of 5 for atmosphere, because I didn't go inside the store.
