Went on this past Saturday, and arrived at about 6:22.. Me and my family were seated immediately. I wasn't waited on until to about 6:46. Mind you the restaurant was not even full. Once my waitress came to the table her customer service was great though. Steak could have used a little more seasoning and was closer to well than the medium well I requested. But overall a decent dining experience.

We had to wait 5 minutes at the door just for anyone to show up and find us a table. This was an hour before closing so it was not busy at all.

The service once we were seated was okay. The salad we got was not fresh, it had brown areas, as it seemed to be old.

The steak i had was areas which was very chewy. I usually eat one of those without a problem. This one i had to leave half eaten.

It was during a Father's Day Lunch rush. So, I will cut them some slack. Server was great but had too many tables. Kitchen was understandably busy and slow. Ordered New York Strip Medium Well. It was cooked Well Done. I know, first world problems. However, this is not a deal breaker. I'll be back.

Let me start off by saying they were not busy at all! Noon on Sunday and my family and I walked straight in to our table and we were the only ones on that side of the restaurant. The food was great, service was slow but still acceptable. The one major problem I had is they would not change the channel on their TV. It was on Sports Mix programming and you couldn't see anything being it was showing 8 different games at once. We asked 2 different people to change it to like it was on the other side of the restaurant. I was informed they could not due to their policy. I find this extremely hard to believe. This is either lazy staff or poor management you decide. However, the food was good. Also, the table were very sticky. They need to be refinished.

This was my first time at a Logan’s, the rolls are very tasty, you can easily eat too much!!

I ordered the shrimp stacked salmon, my fiancé the steak. The shrimp was very good. I wish that the tails would have been removed before it being brought to the table. I like eating shrimp off a fork, just pick it up and eat it. That made the experience less enjoyable. The salmon wasn’t the greatest. The mashed potatoes were very good! The steamed broccoli was good. The Mac and Cheese was not good.
Steak was very juicy and tender. Very delicious!

This restaurant has some of the Best steak ever you can experience. Love the bar area with all the TV’s but the bar itself needs some major updates!

Saturday night, 8:00pm, the restaurant is not busy when we arrive and remains decently empty until we depart. Took roughly 10 minutes to get greeted and sat by an employee. Server didn’t come to the table for another 10 minutes. Two steaks came to the table, one was gray and looked very poor in quality. Sent it back to get remade, next steak came out raw and with too many colors marbled through the meat to appear appetizing. Manager was oddly aggressive about it. Table behind us let us know they had to send food back as well and we bonded over that. Kindly took the second steak of the bill - but we will not be returning here for a future dining experience

Ordered boneless chicken wings.....Don't have to deal with the bone even though I don't mind the bone bone-in it was a little more expensive so I get my order to go I take a look in the box .....they give me a half order of popcorn chicken look like it was leftovers from KFC that they dipped in some sauce ..ask for the manager he comes out and tells me this is the way they do them now yep a five piece popcorn chicken for 12 dollars and then walks off!! other than that the staff was great Even agreeing that my order was definitely not Right manager has no respect Don't recommend ordering anything to go there or talking to the manager
