My food is fresh every time I come. I mean super fresh. I always get tenders and fries. If it wasn’t for fresh food and good service I’d give 3 stars. Bc why offer sauce if you only give enough to dip once. Literally. I can use one fry per cup. So weird. Please stop doing this. This itself will make me stop coming. And that’s a silly reason to lose faithful customers. Give us full cups of sauce. I was afraid the sauce was used or something. I went all the way home then came back for my honey mustard. And she says that’s how they come, so i got like 6/7 cups.

This is my every Friday breakfast stop and have always been impressed. Not today. Missing some of what I payed for and the photo shows what shape the rest is in. Might have to go a different route for breakfast.

Gave this Jacks another chance. Unfortunately the drive thru workers were having too much fun talking to each other to get my order correct. Maybe a manager actually engaged in the morning rush would help.

Just dirty...
Made me wonder what it looked like further back in the restaurant...
I mean, if employees weren't willing to clean up the dining area or the drink area.
It's got to be horrible back further?
I'm not picking.. I know people are busy, but this place was dead...and there must have been at least 5 or 6 employees there.

I happened upon this store on my way from the Gulf Shore area, on my way home to Kentucky. I LOVE all the Jack’s I’ve been to, and I’m actually mad at myself for not stopping at one sooner! We don’t have them anywhere near home! I will say, the drive through line was wrapped all around the restaurant— but that’s par for the course on a Sunday after church time...with a beautiful day to boot! Didn’t bother me to go in, where I was greeted right away/she took my order. I did wait a bit longer than expected, but as you can see by my pics, it was WORTH IT!!! I love the food, and I WISH y’all would bring one to Louisville!! The burgers have delicious, soft, and buttered buns, with a nice helping of bacon ???? on them! There’s nothing like crispy bacon on a burger… and ALL ingredients were fresh! ????
ANYHOO, Until then, I’ll see y’all when I head back down there to see my family! ????????????

I would come a lot on my lunch break. 45 minutes I get. The food is never fresh, the order is always wrong. I can count on one hand how many courteous people work there around 11:20 am.
Today’s issue, ask for a medium unsweetened tea with extra ice. The tea I’m sure is not medium and I had a wee bit of ice. The orders are never correct.

Visited this location today and whoever took my order was extremely rude. She asked me to repeat what I had ordered in the drive thru so I said it a little louder just incase it was hard to hear. I do not mind repeating myself, it does not bother me. I was not mad or upset at all, just trying to sound clear. She then told me to "calm down" ??? I really don't understand why it is hard to just be nice to people. I have frequently received poor service via this location and I never once have complained. I will not be coming back to this location..

I have been to this particular Jacks over 5 times now and they never ever have whatever I ordered sometimes at 9:30am no grits or bacon around 1:00pm no fried chicken like really and around 4:00pm no fries. Ask for 3pc fried chicken, fries and coleslaw came home and got chicken tenders mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Guess one out of three ain’t bad.
