I tried this location and went back the next day because great service was provided. The food was fresh and good. The drive-thru line was not extremely long, and the representatives were pleasant to speak with. The next, the pickup order was correct, and the food was very good.

Dont make drive thru customers pull over into a side parking spot and wait on their food to be brought out! Especially when there are no other cars or only one or two! I have never understood why any Fast food thinks this is appropriate or a good policy!!

I love Zaxby's and the only reason I am not ranking them 5 stars is because I am continuing my campaign to bring back the Buffalo Blue Zalad.
I know I'm not the only one that was disappointed when they cut all of their specialty salads off the menu but I thought they would be back by now! Instead they spend months pushing that stupid Asian Salad ????????.
Yeah, I take it too serious ????

I got a house salad and the 4 piece chicken tenders.. I went by there on my way to work.. I work nights.. the chicken and the fries were warm but the salad was terrible the lettuce looks like it had been sitting out for alittle while and there was barely anything on my salad I just don’t understand why we pay so much people to fix our food but all they do is put the amount they want on it like it came out of there budget.. I work hard for my money and it’s not easy and people treat you like this… TERRIBLE!!!!

Tonight was not a good experience we waited over 20 minutes for out food the kitchen skipped over our order. Very unacceptable I am very disappointed with the service Tonight please do better with customersevice at night time we are just as important as customers in the day time.

The worst experience at this location in Fultondale. Two people AFTER me received their completed orders. I wasn't updated on the status of my dekayed order and I had to keep asking. When my order finally came up, it was incomplete. I cancelled and requested a refund.

Went to Zaxbys in Fultondale tonight and got the wrong order ,I will never go back to this place ever again
